Hey! Today, a quick case of a direct overlay.
The full Success Stairs protocol was followed at every stage.

A long, straight cavity margin is an indication for using a soft matrix. In this case, you can see a combination of a transparent TOR matrix and TeflonFloss wedges. Notice how well the Teflon adapts to the cavity margin.

Remember, when using a transparent matrix, you need a strong ring and proper burnishing to achieve a tight contact point.

This time, a full-mouth rehabilitation using two different dental approaches.
The upper arch was restored with TT vertical preparation and stunning zirconia crowns.
