💫 3 years stuying Traditional Chinese Medicine between Poland - Netherlands, travelling, studying, working, searching, clinical internship, visiting different clinics and hospital in Italy, Warsaw, Netherlands,Athens and China, additional courses except school, spending 2- 3 hours everyday after work to absorb magical Cihinese Medicine.

💫 Some days no motivation, up & down, tiredness, stress, nit enough sleep & resting, spending your days for for courses, visiting clinics, not enough time for friends,BUT always there were always two things my discipline and belief.

💫 During these 3 years I was supported a lot from my family, ( the rest of amily does not have insta)) they pushed me in a good way, they helped me to trust myself, they dont allow me to give up, they were always there.

💫 I met with my angel she opened her clinic, her heart, and the most important, her angel wings. She was always there to support me, to guide me no matter how difficult days she had. She opened my vision with her knowledge. She is one of my chnages in the journey.

💫 My friends supported me all the time, appreciated me, gave trust and courage.

💫 Doctors, TCM practitioners, teachers I met during this 3 years opened their heart and clinics to me. Guided me

Acupuncture Under Supervision

I’m happy to share that I’m now offering acupuncture sessions under the supervision of a licensed acupuncturist.

Acupuncture is a powerful healing tool rooted in Chinese Medicine. It helps restore balance in the body, regulate the nervous system, and promote natural healing.

These sessions can be especially supportive for:
• Stress and anxiety
• Emotional imbalances and mood swings
• Fatigue and low energy
• PMS and irregular menstruation
• Back, neck, and shoulder pain
• Tension headaches and sleep issues

Each session is around 1 hour. We start with a short intake, followed by tongue and pulse diagnosis, and then a personalized acupuncture treatment based on your needs.

* There will be students and ask questions to you about main problems you have, energy level, bowl movement, mensturation cycle ( women), digestion, emotional situation, etc.

* Checking tongue and pulse.

* After deciding pattern, give the treatment with acupuncture by students under supervision.

💫 I was hosted by Anhui University of Chinese Medicine hospital for face massage techniques.

💫 They taught ancient Chinese Medicine face techniques; Guasha, bojin,tuina,acupressure.

💫 I have never thought I would be have such a intense training with qualified nurses. They allowed me to practice on them, patients allowed me to practice on them. How it was a unique experience for me.

💫 After this training I understand one more time when you do something from your heart you have to follow the path, deep into it, visit the places, clinics, hospitals to take real knowledge from the origin even they are far far away.

💫 I was amazed how they are nice, kind people.

💫 I was amazed how they organised a huge ceremony just for me. Thank you one more time.

I have been organising Chinese Medicine & Yin Yoga women retreats for few months in Poland. Now, time to organise in my beautiful Greece. This retreat is only for 4 lovely women. 2 - 6 October in Crete island with all details:

💫The only place I feel at home. No matter where I live and where I come from. Whenever I am far away I miss you and I get sick. Again I am sick, coughing for few days and missing you.

💫Whatever I am interested in the life you were the root. It was always related with you. When I learned Chinese Medicine and Greek acupuncture say more or less the similiar things I undertood one more the reason. Everything has a reason an answer.

💫 Soon we will meet again. But so soon we will be together again and I wont leave you this time.
