Dying with light on

FEAR
It is said that before entering the sea a river trembles with fear.

She looks back at the path she has traveled, from the peaks of the mountains, the long winding road crossing forests and villages.

And in front of her,
she sees an ocean so vast,
that to enter
there seems nothing more than to disappear forever.

But there is no other way.
The river can not go back.

Nobody can go back.
To go back is impossible in existence.

The river needs to take the risk
of entering the ocean
because only then will fear disappear,
because that’s where the river will know
it’s not about disappearing into the ocean,
but of becoming the ocean.

Everyone is on his particular level of consciousness - an energetic frequency. We strive to evolve in every area of our lives, but often the most challenging ways for us to grow are those that require us to look within.No matter where in life we are we do have the choice & power to level - up .The game changer level is courage which is the gateway to higher levels of consciousness. We are still not free of negative emotions, but we do have the resources to deal with them in a healthy manner.

Even though we fear things we still act and move forward. Challenges that would have defeated us on the lower levels are stimulating on the level of courage.So my friend be courageous in life .
