I wanted to share all the beautiful tools I received from my teacher with others who might be needing them to improve their quality of life. I have also graduated from a School of Integrative Nutrition to be able to extend the support even more to diet and overall lifestyle. I started my own Health Coaching Business Boost by Kasia Gendis that brings all that I have learned on my path together to help other women handle stress and their life challenges with more equanimity and ease. In my everyday work as a Health Coach I help women who suffer from chronic stress, burnout and anxieties to learn how to switch off stress, in order to sleep better, breathe better, live better, have more energy and lose weight. She has started her yoga journey in 2001 with Manoj Kaimal, founder of Manasa Yoga in Malaysia, where she practiced with her guru for 3 years before undergoing a Teacher’s Training. As we step into the New Year, may this be a moment to gently pause, reflect on the direction we are walking in, and choose who we are becoming with clarity and care.
As humans we are always a work in progress, never a finished product, and the more consciously we choose, the more we can keep growing, connecting within, and calling in the experiences we wish to live.​

On this last day of the year, you might like to repeat a practice we shared in our Costa Rica retreat: create a little space to sit, breathe, and reflect on three aspects. Take your time with each one, then write everything down with a pen and paper so it can land more deeply.​​

What is no longer serving you that you are ready to release – habits, beliefs, routines, reactions, even relationships or roles.​

What is working beautifully that you want to keep nurturing – your efforts, supportive people, stabilising practices, the small and big moments you feel grateful for.​

What you sense would truly support who you intend to become, but is not yet present in your life – and one clear, concrete action you can begin with to invite it in.​

Walk into the New Year as the version of yourself you are growing into, not someday, but already now in the way you speak, move, choose, and show up each day. Let your choices be intentional, your effort consistent, and may you tap into your creative energy to materialise what you deeply desire.​

Keep tending to your concentration practices – meditation, movement on the mat, intentional actions and your curiosity for wisdom teachings – so you remember that beneath all the forms you are shaping, there is a formless essence. You are that infinite, timeless, boundless energy of the Universe, flowing through this one precious life. 🌟

🌸 16–18 January – Balance & Bloom Workshop, Málaga
A nourishing in‑person weekend for women in peri- and menopause to reconnect with their bodies, nervous system and inner wisdom.​

🌿4–8 March – Awakened Wisdom Yoga Retreat, Spain
Deep practice and rest in a fully equipped yoga shala, with all props, including wall ropes, where yogic wisdom is shared both in talks and subtly infused into each practice so the philosophy becomes something you can experience, not just hear.​

🌺 22–27 April – Bali Yoga Retreat, Second Edition
Deep practice through gentle thawing of the body and calming the nervous system, with teachings woven into stories and archetypal characters whose flavour echoes the island’s own rich mythology

💻 May/June (dates TBA) – Online Balance & Bloom
A live online journey for women in peri- and menopause to balance hormones, soften anxiety and feel more at home in their changing bodies.​
