A: What are you waiting for? You know you've got to make a decision, sooner than later. You've procrastinated enough and weighed the pros and cons. Delays won't change the the fact, that you've got to make a start on change. Now that change can be different for many of you, that have chosen 'A', but it is something that has to be done. The choice, once made, will set you free. Free from the sleepless nights, anxiety of indecision and the stress that you've been feeling. You know what is right and wrong. While it's different for everyone, we all have a base standard of expectation of how we want to be treated, and how we treat others. Don't sacrifice any of yours. You don't have to, and nor should you. Take back your power, no one can take it if you don't give it. Everything will turn around once you decide what is right for you. The path forwards will be clearer and the rocky road will be left behind. Step one, choose what is right for you. Consequences are worse, when you sacrifice your self worth for something that you don't really believe in. You've got this!

B: It's all about family and relationships. You've been busy giving to everyone and not having the time to give to yourself. Love can make us into martys at time. Or make us into nursemaids, having to change roles and be the grown-up, when all you want is to be the child again and have some fun. You don't have to fight this, it's only temporary and won't last forever. You also need to give yourself some credit for what you actually do. How much of yourself that you give, and the selfless work you do, that gets no recognition or credit. Like Forrest Gump's Mumma said, "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get!". And you don't! Right now you've living in the moment of need and service, and it takes a lot of time and energy from your day. The chocolates are good until they melt and make a mess. That is when you forget that they are still chocolate, sweet, sticky and gooey, just different, but it's still chocolate. The taste hasn't changed, only the look and the way that it is delivered. Your life won't always be this difficult, or request so much of your time. It is going to change, but it's still the sweet chocolate. You just have to look further into the sticky mess to taste that sweetness. And, your selfless is appreciated, even if the words aren't there to back up the feelings. Stop and say thank you to yourself. You deserve it x

Being on your own completely, in a foreign country, can be quite lonely and isolating. I give gratitude everyday for my family and friends. And to you, dear followers. Connecting online definitely makes the connection to home, so much easier and better.

In Poland, and I visited the Jewish Getto and Jewish Museum in Warsaw. The N**i section almost brought me to tears. Had to continue on and get out as fast as I could. Religion, sensitive subject for many, persecution for others, and a saviour for many. But to me, I saw how it can divide us, separate us, and make us hate each other, all because of faith! Centuries of hate. Isn't it about time we moved away from man made Religion, and brought faith back to the self. At the end of the day, each Religion has a man that God spoke to, gave him commandments, a book to write, rules to follow, and a path to make in that god's name. Doesn't that sound strange to you, coz it most certainly does to me!!
AND.. The image of the train tracks is what the N**i's used to transport their victims of war.

The only Christian church that almost brought me to tears. The love, the beauty, the intricate simplicity and imagination of this magical basilica, no words can really describe the feeling.
