"Re-endo tooth 16 under bridge
Diagnosis: chronic apical abscess + active sinus tract.
Access: limited due to working through the bridge.
Treatment - step by step:

✅ Step 1: Diagnostics
Mandatory sinus-tract tracing performed. Decision: two-visit treatment after complete sinus closure.

✅ Step 2: Access & isolation
Access prepared through the bridge. Trepanation opening sealed with flowable composite → stable, clean apex locator readings and better irrigation control.

✅ Step 3: Instrumentation
Machine-only (Endostar E3 Azure) instrumentation.

✅ Step 4: Irrigation & dressing
Copious disinfection: 3 “buckets” of NaOCl. After neutralization with a chelator, intracanal CHX dressing placed — full closure of the sinus tract occurred within 36 hours.

✅ Step 5: Obturation
Gold standard: AH Plus + gutta-percha, warm vertical technique. 🔥"

The goal of Azure HT Technology was to create files that are extremely flexible and resistant to breaking even in the most complicated clinical cases. ⭐

🌀 Endostar E3 Azure was designed for 3 common types of the motion:

🔹 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - the instruments rotate clockwise and with a set speed (CW - clock wise).

🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 -the instruments perform alternating clockwise (CW) and counter Clockwise (CCW) movements; the angle of clockwise (CW) rotation must be larger than counterclockwise rotation (CCW) e.g. 90 degrees CW and 30 degrees CCW.

🔹 𝐎𝐓𝐑 (𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) - the files rotate until too high resistance in the canal is met. Then the reciprocal mode is activated (CW - CCW, net CW). Rotation mode is turned on again when the resistance returns to acceptable level. An example of complex motion is the OTR mode available in the Endostar Provider endomotor.
