CEMS Club Warsaw is a student organization providing support for CEMS Master in International Management Program at Warsaw School of Economics.

CEMS Club Warsaw is a students’ organisation at Warsaw School of Economics, which gathers students, who currently participate in CEMS Master in International Management Programme and the prospective students of this programme. As one of the largest students’ communities at Warsaw School of Economics CEMS Club Warsaw is also engaged in many different business initiatives. CEMS Club Warsaw is formed by outperforming and ambitious students, whose aim is to develop themselves and shape the surrounding reality. Our recruitment process is created to pick candidates with widely demanded traits of character like courteousness, stubbornness, diligent and positive thinking. What is more we look for extra-ordinary interests, hobbies and values, which in our opinion distinguishes average person from a unique one. CEMS Club gathers active students and graduates of the program, as well as those who wish to participate in CEMS MIM program in the near future. CEMS Club Warsaw supports integration of academic and business environment and has helped many corporations in their promotional activities at Warsaw School of Economics. CEMS Club Warsaw is also well known for organizing huge scale projects focusing on knowledge sharing and employer branding. Its initiatives are held in different formulas and cover different industries of business:

We're excited to introduce the new Student Board Representative (SBR) for SGH Warsaw School of Economics — Julita! 🙌

The Student Board is the official global voice for all CEMS students, with one representative from each of the 33 member schools. Its main goal is to make sure student needs and ideas are heard at the highest levels of the CEMS Global Alliance 💡

As our SBR, Julita will be the bridge 🔗 between the global CEMS Community and our local CEMS Club Warsaw. She’ll represent our university , act as the spokesperson for all SGH students, and work with two Student Board teams — CEMS Club Support and the MIM Team 📚🤝

The CEMS MIM recruitment is approaching, and we’ll guide you at every step 🚀 Ready 😎

Stage 1: Application (14 Oct – 3 Nov 2024). Submit: Mother Tongue Declaration Form ✍️, CV in English 📄, language certificates 🌎, and a 2-minute self-presentation video 🎬 Students in their 2nd or 3rd semester must also provide proof of study progress 📖

The video is your chance to stand out ✨ Introduce yourself (name, age, nationality, SGH major), explain why you’re applying, outline career goals, and show how CEMS will help you. Highlight what makes you unique 💡 and how you plan to contribute to a sustainable world 🌱

Admissions are points-based. Key components:
• Academic achievements 📊 up to 40 points (Bachelor GPA min. 3.80, SGH Admission Test min. 40, or GPA from latest studies min. 3.75)
• Second foreign language 🌐 up to 5 points (SGH Language Test or TOEFL/IELTS/CAE)
• Extracurricular activities 🏅 up to 20 points

Stage 2: 13 Nov – 19 Dec 2024. Includes an assessment (up to 15 pts) run by an external company and reviewed by the Selection Committee, plus an interview 🎙️ (up to 20 pts), a 30-min conversation evaluating intellectual potential, interpersonal skills, and cultural adaptability 🌍

✅ Minimum 63 points required for admission
📅 Results announced on 8 Jan 2025

🌍 In our last post we have explained how the CEMS MIM Programme works. Today we want to focus on curriculum 🎓

🟨 Block Seminar – a 3-ECTS one-week intensive course at the beginning of Term 1. It brings together professors and students from various CEMS schools, offering interdisciplinary and multicultural perspectives. You are automatically assigned to the Block Seminar of your Term 1 school ✨

🟨 Skill Seminars – interactive trainings that develop practical and soft skills essential for an international career. Topics range from sustainability and strategy, to communication, leadership, teamwork and personal development ✅

🟨 Global Strategy – a course preparing you to navigate international business environments and design strategies for sustainable global growth 📈

🟨 Global Leadership – helping you manage diverse teams across borders, build empathy and foster cultural awareness, all crucial in today’s interconnected world 🔝

🟨 Global Citizenship Seminar – a two-day module co-delivered with Corporate and Social Partners. It focuses on Sustainable Development Goals, encouraging responsible leadership, innovation and social entrepreneurship 🏦

🟨 Business Project – a consultancy-like experience with CEMS Corporate & Social Partners. You’ll tackle real business challenges and gain hands-on exposure to global management 💼
