How does the belief system of our subconscious work?
Usually, most beliefs are built like a tower of blocks, where many other negative beliefs rest upon one key belief. By identifying this key belief and replacing it with a positive one, all other negative beliefs built upon it disappear. It is also worth noting that our negative beliefs arise from fear and anxiety, which trap us in the so-called comfort zone.
We often experience such situations in life in order to learn a lesson from life itself, taking as an example the belief “others are judging me,” which stems from fear of being evaluated by others. The comfort zone, which involves pretending to be perfect, is illusory and unstable in such situations and only works to a certain extent, because we do not have full control over the external world and our surroundings. Everyone has the right to their own opinion, perception of the world, situations, or people, and if we rely on these to define who we are, our emotional state becomes like a swing – sometimes up, sometimes down.
On the other hand, if we build our life on knowing our own value and taking responsibility for our choices, including the wrong ones, while accepting ourselves, the foundation becomes us – our inner self. In this case, our emotions become stable, because we have the choice of how to respond to most of the situations that arise in our lives.
