Thinking about having a Colon Hydrotherapy detox treatment? Here’s what you need to know before your appointment!

Pre-Treatment Advice:

Stay hydrated – Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your session.

Eat light – Opt for a light meal a few hours before your appointment, avoiding heavy, greasy, or spicy foods.

Avoid alcohol & caffeine – These can dehydrate the body and make the treatment less effective.

Relax – Try to stay calm and give yourself time either side of your treatment so you’re not rushing.

Looking after your body before your treatment helps you get the most from your session!

F***l Impaction:
F***l impaction occurs when a hard mass of f***s becomes lodged in the colon, obstructing the normal passage of stool. This can happen when the colon is dilated, and the muscles are not working properly to move the stool along.
Impacted Megacolon:
When megacolon is present and a f***l impaction develops, the condition is often referred to as an impacted megacolon.
Toxic Megacolon:
If the inflammation and infection associated with megacolon worsen, it can develop into toxic megacolon, a serious condition where the colon becomes severely inflamed and may even rupture.
Symptoms:
Symptoms of megacolon and f***l impaction can include constipation, abdominal pain, bloating, and a sensation of fullness in the abdomen. In cases of toxic megacolon, there may also be fever, rapid heart rate, and signs of infection. Let us help you live your best life by doing our detox protocols
