This is day 28 from my book, The Compass Leads the Way. (Available on Amazon). I love these two mantras. If you haven't had a moment to sit in stillness today, give it a try. Take a 10 minute break and repeat one of these mantras in your minds voice.

You can also practice the 369 manifesting method. I will suggest you google it because ther are multiple ways to adapt this method. Choose the one that works best for you.
