The purity that hydrates and cleanses our bodies and our planet. The medicine that allows our emotions to flow gracefully. The softness that slows us down enough to feel our emotions. Come and experience a nurturing day through the essence of water. As we receive this abundant blessing together, we create a more intentional space to allow it to flow into our bodies and our lives. You will Learn how to intentionally work with this medicine from the inside out, so that water as well as everything that you are calling into your life can move with more of an abundant flow. Hydrate your entire being through a yin based day of therapy.
This day will include a 1 hr yin based yoga flow, ayurvedic laghoo cleanse, water fast and river bathing. Learn how to infuse your water with intentions through the moon cycles, crystal energies and herbal blessings. get yourself into a more intentional life flow. Light snacks will be provided. One on one experiences are provided upon request
