📣 AIM-AHEAD is excited to announce that applications are now open for the AIM-AHEAD FHIR Collaborative Training Program!
This national initiative aims to expand the number of professionals proficient in FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) technologies and their use in health data exchange across research and clinical environments.
The program is offered entirely online and provides three tracks tailored to different levels of technical experience and engagement.
🔹Track 1 provides an introduction to FHIR concepts, data access, and research applications—ideal for those seeking foundational knowledge.
🔹 Track 2 offers a deeper exploration of FHIR technologies for participants seeking a more technical understanding without hands-on development.
🔹 Track 3 includes hands-on application and implementation of FHIR for those preparing to train others and lead integration efforts within their organizations.
💰Trainee support includes a $1,000 stipend for Track 1, a $4,000 stipend for Track 2 (dispersed in two installments), and an $8,000 stipend plus a $2,000 travel allowance for Track 3 participants to attend the AIM-AHEAD Annual Meeting in July 2026.
