El Instituto de Podiatría y Pie Diabético de Puerto Rico, CSP además de proveer servicios de medicina y cirugía podiatrica general, se enfoca en la educación, prevención y tratamiento médico-quirúrgico de complicaciones severas de pie diabético. La prevención de amputaciones de las extremidades inferiores a traves del uso de las más modernas modalidades en tratamientos de heridas y procedimientos quirúrgicos, han dado al Instituto alto reconocimiento entre pacientes y profesionales de la salud. The “Instituto de Podiatría y Pie Diabético de Puerto Rico, CSP”, aside from providing podiatric services, is focused in the education, prevention and treatment; medical or surgical, due to severe complications of the diabetic foot. Preventing amputations of the extremities through the use of innovative treatments and surgical procedures, have granted the Institute with high acknowledgements between patients and other health professionals.
