Ashtanga Yoga Puerto Rico has been a community leader in Puerto Rico for over 10 years. Our shala is open 7 days a week with a variety of class levels and styles each day. All studio teachers are certified, and passionate about sharing their love of yoga with fellow students and practitioners. We are attentive to individual students and their particular needs, ensuring classes that are safe, comfortable, and positive. We strive to bring you the best possible experience within your practice, and that you feel at home in our space. Our shala is full of natural light and fresh air that flows through our windows. During classes, we like to let the natural Caribbean heat build and bring our bodies into deep cleansing. Before and after classes, we often gather on our outdoor patio to relax or in the tea room to share conversations. Ashtanga Yoga Puerto Rico exists for you to dive deeper in all aspects of a healthy, happy lifestyle. Join us for workshops with teachers from around the world, and yoga celebrations offering amazing people, music, and food for your body and soul.
