Our Story

Humidity’s concept is to combine a day spa atmosphere w the space and services of an athletic training room. Our layout is an open floor plan that allows you the freedom to explore many different recovery tools.

Humidity was created to allow athletes of all levels and the San Juan community access to services/modalities equal to today’s top professional teams at a great price.

We offer 3 different memberships as well as a day fee for those wanting explore Humidity before becoming a member.

Memberships include unlimited access to infared saunas, traditional sauna, hot and cold soaking tubs, mobility tools area, as well as our RecoveryPump's sequential compression boot lounge.
