Not everything ends gently.
The last several months I’ve been grieving letting go of this space that held me through SO much.
My home… my first real sanctuary here en Puerto Rico after a decade nomadic traveling & co-living in the name prioritizing my studies and growth in Ayurveda.
The womb cave surrounded by palos de Pana y matas de guineos wit guacamayos passing by.
For almost 2yrs this place was where I practiced, created, held sessions & gatherings and grew in ways I can’t fully put into words.
SO much life moved through these walls.
SO much growth was catalyzed.
At the end of last year, I closed this chapter not in the way I expected— painfully and very quickly… but in a way that asked me to let go and move forward.
Even in that abrupt shift, I feel immense gratitude.

To every body that laid on my table, entered my home & trusted me, shed tears of release and came back home to their bodies…THANK YOU🙏🏽
You helped me build this foundation. Truly.
And now… I’ve been quietly building what comes next..
is evolving & new headquarters are blooming 🌹
