Vieques Wellness & Yoga offers weekly yoga classes and weekly group fitness classes in Vieques.

If you are not familiar with us, the QR code below leads to our website (https://viequeseventplanning.com/yoga). Follow the link to find our weekly class types, locations, days and times.

If you would like to recommend our wellness class experience to your guests, contact me for the PDF or PNG file of the QR code to use in digital guides, printed guest books or post in a common area at your location.

All students must register in advance for classes. This ensures the student has accepted our class waiver, prior to class start time.

About Us:
*All of our classes are located outdoors, connected to nature, with practices at sunrise, sunset and mid-morning available.
*There are 3 teachers each with different class types and styles- Collette Reeves, Jodie Barber Wollitz and Samantha Schwarz.
*All are welcome in every class (18+ at El Blok)
*We offer 9 in-person classes each week.
*Private group classes available by appointment.

For all of us out there that work at and practice to be better humans, to understand ourselves better, to take small steps each day to feel better, I commend you and I encourage you to continue or even take the first step today and get started!

We each have unique histories to heal from after years of “just living life.” It starts with one action, one first step, one day at a time, keep going.

Keep showing up for yourself and you will
begin to see and believe the possibilities are endless and you are in control.
