اختتمت جمعية تغيير بنجاح مشروع مختبرات الّلاعنف في المدارس الفلسطينية، الذي استمر خلال العام الدراسي 2024/2025.
على مدار المشروع:
✅ شارك أكثر من 250 طالب/ة من الصف الثامن في خمس مدارس خاصة بالقدس وبيت لحم.
✅ تم تدريب 10 معلّمين/ات ومشرفين على أدوات التواصل الّلاعنيف، مهارات الاستماع المتعاطف، وأساليب بديلة لإدارة الغضب والتنمر.
✅ نُفّذت أنشطة صفية ومعسكرات صيفية، وجلسات لأولياء الأمور، واجتماعات مع الإدارات المدرسية، إلى جانب بحوث علمية وتقارير تقييمية.
✅ شهدنا تراجعًا ملحوظًا في السلوكيات العنيفة والتنمر، مقابل ارتفاع الثقة بالنفس، والاحترام المتبادل، والقدرة على حل النزاعات بالحوار.
إننا في جمعية تغيير نؤمن بأن غرس قيم الحوار والتسامح في نفوس الطلبة في سن مبكرة هو استثمار في مستقبل يسوده الاحترام المتبادل.

Taghyeer Association has successfully concluded the Nonviolence Labs in Palestinian Schools project, which was implemented during the 2024/2025 academic year.
Throughout the project:
✅ More than 250 eighth-grade students from five private schools in Jerusalem and Bethlehem participated.
✅ 10 teachers and counselors were trained on nonviolent communication tools, empathetic listening skills, and alternative methods for managing anger and bullying.
✅ Classroom activities, summer camps, parents’ sessions, meetings with school administrations, as well as scientific research and evaluation reports were conducted.
✅ We witnessed a remarkable decline in violent behaviors and bullying, alongside increased self-confidence, mutual respect, and improved ability to resolve conflicts through dialogue.
At Taghyeer, we believe that instilling the values of dialogue and tolerance in students at an early age is an investment in a future built on mutual respect.
