نهدف الى تمكين الشباب والأطفال من الجنسين من بناء مستقبل واعد Ajyal Association for Creativity & Development (ACCD) is one of the leading non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the field of youth and children empowerment across the Gaza Strip. Ajyal thrives to improve qualities of youth who are facing double marginalization and enable them to actively play a positive role in the development of Palestinian community. Ajyal was established in 2003 and registered in the Ministry of Interior under registration number 7329, it aims to contribute at Palestinian society development through providing a series of innovative interventions and pioneering projects. with more than 18 years of working experience, ACCD has successfully forged many partnerships with international and local organizations in pursue of its mandate and achieving desired change at the individual and community levels. Over the last 10 years, ACCD has achieved a quantum leap in the quality of provided services and its responsiveness to youth, children and women concerns, needs and priorities. In addition, ACCD adopted an inclusion approach in services provision and is investing all possible efforts and resources to ensure that "No One is Left Behind".

بدأت جمعية أجيال للإبداع والتطوير تنفيذ مكون التعليم ضمن مشروع الاستجابة الطارئة – غزة / المرحلة الثانية – مكون التعليم، والمنفذ بالشراكة مع الإغاثة الإسلامية عبر العالم – مكتب فلسطين.

ويقدم المشروع خدمات التعليم والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للأطفال في 12 مساحة تعليمية موزعة بين شمال وجنوب قطاع غزة، بهدف تعزيز صمود الأطفال ومساعدتهم على تجاوز آثار الظروف الطارئة الحالية، وتهيئة بيئة تعليمية آمنة وداعمة لهم.

معًا نواصل العمل من أجل مستقبل أفضل لأطفال غزة. 💙

Ajyal Association for Creativity and Development has launched the Education Component under the Emergency Response Project – Gaza / Phase II – Education Component, implemented in partnership with Islamic Relief Worldwide – Palestine Office.

Through this project, Ajyal is providing education and psychosocial support services to children across 12 learning spaces in both northern and southern Gaza, aiming to strengthen children’s resilience, help them cope with the current emergency, and ensure access to safe and supportive learning environments.

Together, we continue working for a better future for Gaza’s children. 💙

يواصل المعلمون تنفيذ أنشطة تعليمية متنوعة ضمن مشروع "تعزيز النظام التعليمي من خلال توفير مساحات تعليمية مؤقتة للأطفال الأكثر تضررًا خلال فترة الطوارئ الحالية"، والمنفذ بدعم وتمويل من منظمة إنقاذ الطفل الدولية (Save the Children International)، بما يسهم في دعم حق الأطفال في التعليم وتوفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة تستجيب لاحتياجاتهم في ظل الظروف الإنسانية الصعبة.

Teachers continue to carry out a variety of educational activities as part of the project "Strengthening the Education System by Providing Temporary Learning Spaces for the Most Affected Children during the Current Emergency Period", implemented with the support and funding of Save the Children International, contributing to upholding children’s right to education and providing a safe learning environment that meets their needs under difficult humanitarian conditions.

مع دخول قطاع غزة مرحلة ما بعد وقف إطلاق النار، تتكشف تحديات جديدة لا تقل قسوة عن أيام التصعيد. فبين محاولات إعادة تشغيل المدارس والمرافق الصحية والمؤسسات العامة، يجد آلاف النازحين أنفسهم أمام واقع صعب يتمثل في مطالبتهم بمغادرة أماكن اللجوء المؤقت، غالبًا دون توفير بدائل آمنة أو مناسبة.

يوثق هذا التقرير حالات إخلاء النازحين داخليًا من المرافق العامة المستخدمة كملاجئ مؤقتة، ويحلّل أبعادها القانونية والإنسانية، في ظل غياب سياسة وطنية واضحة لإدارة النزوح الداخلي.

As Gaza enters the post–ceasefire phase, new challenges are emerging—no less severe than those faced during the escalation. Amid efforts to reopen schools, health facilities, and public institutions, thousands of internally displaced families are confronting a harsh reality: being asked to leave their temporary shelters, often without being provided with safe or adequate alternatives.

This report documents cases of internal displacement from public facilities used as temporary shelters and analyzes their legal and humanitarian implications, in the absence of a clear national policy for managing internal displacement.

نفذت جمعية أجيال للإبداع والتطوير، وبدعم كريم من المطبخ المركزي العالمي WCK، عملية توزيع 1200 طرد غذائي مخصصة للأسر النازحة في منطقة شمال غزة، وذلك في إطار جهود الاستجابة الإنسانية الطارئة للتخفيف من معاناة الأسر المتضررة من النزوح والأوضاع الإنسانية الصعبة.

Ajyal Association for Creativity and Development, with generous support from the World Central Kitchen (WCK), implemented the distribution of 1,200 food parcels designated for displaced families in the northern Gaza Strip, as part of emergency humanitarian response efforts aimed at alleviating the suffering of families affected by displacement and difficult humanitarian conditions.

استقبل الدكتور محمد شبير نائب رئيس الجامعة وفداً من جمعية أجيال للإبداع والتطوير؛ برئاسة الأستاذ عبدالله شرشرة رئيس مجلس الإدارة، والمدير التنفيذي محمد حرز ذلك بمكتبه بحرم الجامعة الرئيسي بمدينة غزة.

وتأتي هذه الزيارة بهدف بحث سبل التعاون بين الجامعة والمؤسسة، وإمكانية الإستجابة لاحتياجات الجامعة الآنية، ومنها توريد مقاعد للقاعات الدراسية بالجامعة، وصيانة عدد من كراسي عيادات كلية طب الأسنان، وكذلك تقديم بعض المستلزمات الطبية للكلية.

Dr. Mohammad Shabir, Vice President of Al-Azhar University–Gaza, received a delegation from Ajyal Association for Creativity and Development, headed by Mr. Abdullah Sharsharah, Chairman of the Board, at his office on the university’s main campus in Gaza City.

The visit aimed to explore avenues of cooperation between the university and the association, as well as to discuss possibilities for responding to the university’s immediate needs. These include supplying classroom chairs, maintaining a number of dental clinic chairs at the Faculty of Dentistry, and providing certain medical supplies to the faculty.

«تعزيز النظام التعليمي من خلال توفير مساحات تعليمية مؤقتة للأطفال الأكثر تضررًا خلال فترة الطوارئ الحالية»، بدعم وتمويل من منظمة إنقاذ الطفل الدولية (Save the Children International)، تأكيدًا على التزامها بضمان حق الأطفال في التعليم، وتوفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة، محفّزة، وداعمة في ظل الظروف الإنسانية الاستثنائية.

ويتضمن المشروع حزمة من الأنشطة التعليمية الهادفة، من بينها حصص اللغة العربية للأطفال، التي تُسهم في تعزيز مهارات القراءة والكتابة والتعبير، ودعم التحصيل الأكاديمي، والمساعدة في استعادة الإحساس بالاستقرار والاستمرارية التعليمية لدى الأطفال الأكثر تضررًا.

After two years of severe disruption to the education system in the Gaza Strip, Ajyal Association for Creativity and Development continues to implement activities under the project “Strengthening the Education System through the Provision of Temporary Learning Spaces for the Most Affected Children during the Current Emergency”, with the support and funding of Save the Children International.

The project aims to ensure children’s right to education and to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment amid ongoing humanitarian challenges. It includes a range of educational activities, notably Arabic language classes for children, designed to strengthen reading, writing, and expression skills, support academic achievement, and help restore a sense of stability and continuity in learning for children most affected by the crisis.

بعد عامين على الحرب التي اندلعت في 7 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2023 على قطاع غزة، والتي غيّرت ملامح الحياة وفرضت نزوحًا قسريًا واسع النطاق دمّر أنماط العيش، وجد آلاف الفلسطينيين أنفسهم أمام واقع قاسٍ لا يشبه معنى العودة كما تمنّوه.

ومع تراجع حدّة القصف، عادت عائلات فلسطينية إلى مناطقها السكنية، غير أن هذه العودة لم تكن نهاية رحلة النزوح، بل بداية لمعاناة جديدة، حيث تعيش اليوم بين الخيام والمنازل المتضررة جزئيًا، في مساكن تفتقر لأبسط مقومات الحياة وتشكل خطرًا دائمًا على ساكنيها، في ظل غياب بدائل سكنية حقيقية.

وفي ظل تقديرات دولية تشير إلى أن إعادة إعمار قطاع غزة ستتطلب نحو 70 مليار دولار دون أفق زمني واضح، تتعمّق الأزمة الإنسانية وتزداد هشاشة الواقع المعيشي، ويبقى السكن الآمن حلمًا مؤجّلًا لآلاف العائلات.

قامت جمعية أجيال للإبداع والتطوير مؤخراً بتوزيع 500 طرد ملابس للأطفال النازحين في مناطق شمال وجنوب غزة، بدعم وتمويل من آموس تراست، لضمان دفئهم وحمايتهم خلال فصل الشتاء.

حسب وكالات الإغاثة التابعة للأمم المتحدة، هناك أكثر من مليوني فلسطيني مكتظون في أقل من نصف مساحة القطاع، بينما يفتقر معظم النازحين إلى مواد الإيواء الكافية لحمايتهم من الأمطار والرياح، في أعقاب حرب خلفت دماراً واسع النطاق في المناطق السكنية.

وفي الأيام الأخيرة، أدى عدم استقرار الطقس والأمطار الغزيرة إلى غمر آلاف الخيام بالماء، مما شكل تهديداً مباشراً للعائلات - وخاصة الأطفال.

Ajyal Association for Creativity and Development recently distributed 500 clothing kits for displaced children in North and South Gaza, funded and supported by Amos Trust, to ensure they stay warm and protected during the winter season.

According to UN relief agencies, over two million Palestinians are now crowded into less than half of the Gaza Strip, with most displaced families lacking adequate shelter materials to protect them from rain and wind, following a war that caused widespread destruction in residential areas.

In recent days, unstable weather and heavy rains have flooded thousands of tents, posing a direct threat to families—especially children.

تُعدّ قضية المفقودين قسرًا واحدة من أكثر القضايا الحقوقية تعقيدًا وإيلامًا في السياق الفلسطيني، لما تنطوي عليه من تداخل بين الاحتلال طويل الأمد، والنزاعات المسلحة المتكررة، وسياسات الإخفاء القسري، والحرمان المنهجي من الحق في المعرفة والعدالة.

فالمفقود قسرًا لا يُختزل في كونه شخصًا غائبًا عن محيطه الأسري والاجتماعي، بل يمثل حالة قانونية وإنسانية مركّبة، يتجاوز فيها الغياب الجسدي إلى تغييب للحق، وتعليق للمصير، واستدامة للألم عبر الزمن.
