✨ Save this post if you want to return to it.

The time feels right.

This is something I’ve been carrying for a long time and now, I feel truly ready to offer it.

Ready not just from theory, but from years of lived experience: walking with clients, witnessing what actually supports change, and being shaped by a body of work that continues to challenge and mature me.

Through my studies, my practice, and the institute I’m part of, I’ve seen again and again what becomes possible when we work with bodies rather than on them.

I’m deeply grateful for the interest already coming in.
It tells me there’s a real hunger for depth, for integrity, and for spaces where practitioners can keep growing, learning, and being supported.

For me, this is also about responsibility.
When we work with bodies, nervous systems, and healing processes, ongoing professional development isn’t optional. It’s essential.

This workshop is an invitation to:
• deepen your practice
• reconnect with the passion that brought you to this work
• remember the intelligence and healing capacity already present in the body
• and gather with peers, because this work isn’t meant to be done alone

✨ Save this post if you want to return to it.
✨ Share it with a practitioner you know who might feel nourished by this space.

If you feel the pull, comment “HANDS” and I’ll send you the details.

This is what long-term, embodied work looks like.
Not quick fixes. Not peak experiences.
But a woman slowly returning to herself, to her body, her timing, her inner truth.

Over the past four months, I’ve witnessed this client learn to trust her body’s intuition, regulate from within, move through emotions without bypassing, and make decisions from a place that feels true…not rushed, not fear-driven.

This is deep integration. This is transformation that lasts.

What moves me most is not just what shifts, but how it shifts: through safety, pacing, presence, structure, and relational integrity.

This is the kind of work that doesn’t need hype, it speaks through embodiment.

And honestly… this is what I wish more practitioners would talk about.

Not just the results, but the conditions that make these results possible.

Because when the work is held well, it doesn’t just change a season of life…it changes how someone listens to themselves, trusts themselves, and lives from their body.

In that spirit, I’ll soon be offering a very intimate, in-person workshop for a small group of women practitioners…a space to receive, to ground, and to deepen the embodied foundations that support this level of transformation in others.

This is not a public launch. It’s personal and intentionally small.
So, If something in your body stirs as you read this (an itch, a quiet yes, a sense of recognition) you’re welcome to DM me.

We can feel into whether there might be a space for you too.

No pressure. Just resonance.

🤍Arantxa

We spend so much of our lives absorbing information, living conceptually, thinking about life instead of experiencing it.

But we are not just minds.
Our brain is part of a whole body.

Sensation connects us to emotion.
Emotion informs thought.

We can’t bypass the body.

I feel, therefore I am.

Where in your body does this land?

Eighteen years ago, I gave birth to my son .mky._zz and to a new version of myself.

From trauma to trust, from fear to freedom… this was the moment that I embodied fully my power.

Zair, happy 18th birthday my love.

You came into this world through dance, rhythm, through love, through my deepest surrender.

You taught me what real strength feels like…not the kind that pushes, but the kind that opens.

Watching you grow into the man you are (so loving, grounded, and guided by truth) fills me with pride and gratitude.

I love you beyond words. ❤️

This story is a celebration 🎉 of you, of birth, of healing, and of how we both came into our power that day.

And a special thank you to your daddy for creating this beautiful 8-minute video clip, and for being there with me through it all, supporting me, believing in me, and doing this together. 🙏🏾

✨ Save this post and come back to it when you need the reminder. Or simply want to reflect on this topic.

Many of us unknowingly bring our childhood wounds into our adult relationships…turning lovers into parents, and passion into caretaking.

This is tender, human, and also deeply transformable.

With awareness, we can learn to meet our partners as equals, not as projections of our past.

If this resonates, and you sense that having support could help you or your relationship, reach out.

No pressure, just connection.

Let’s feel into whether this work might be right for you. 🌿

Today reminded me just how much I love this work. ✨
Especially the tender spot I carry for holding space for men.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of sitting with some truly exceptional men… men who arrived open, willing, ready to look within.

Not just to skim the surface, but to meet their deepest truths… their core wounds… and to be met there with compassion and radical acceptance.

This work isn’t about “fixing.”
It’s about taking responsibility for your intimacy.
For your plæsure.
For your capacity to create the kind of love and connection you long for.

And when a man claims that, when he chooses to soften, to listen, to be present with himself, something beautiful unfolds. Int!macy begins to blossom. Plæsure becomes natural again. Erøs becomes life-giving.

I love creating spaces where the pressure dissolves, where nothing is expected, and where everything can unfold in its own rhythm.

This is what I love most: witnessing the body, the heart, the self remember what it already knows.

🌿 The season for 1:1s is open again. 🌿
If you feel the call, if you’re ready to explore what
int!macy can open for you…my space is here.

DM me: What’s one thing you’d love to transform in your int!macy?

Looking forward to hear back from you.

She came to me because she had never been able to have an “O” during p3n€trative s/x
She thought there was something wrong with her.

But the truth is, even though she never had one, she was faking it.
She faked plæsure.
She faked “O’s”.
To please. To perform. To not “fail” as a woman.

And I told her: stop. Don’t fake it anymore.

Because when we fake it, we not only confuse our partner, we confuse ourselves.

The body is saying one thing, the mouth another.
And this disconnect kills the possibility of true intimacy.

And the biggest enemy of “O” is exactly this: pressure.

The pressure to “get there,” to be good, to satisfy.
But “O” does not come from pressure.
It needs space, breath, presence, authenticity.

👉🏽 This is just a piece of the story I share in much more detail on my blog (link in bio).
If this resonates with you, go read it, it’s in the link in my bio, or comment “O” & I’ll drop it striding to your inbox …you might find a reflection of your own story.

✨ And here’s an invitation:
If you organize events, have a community, or simply want to open space for real conversations about
pleasure and intimacy — reach out.
I love co-creating gatherings where we can speak about these truths that are so often taboo, but can change lives.

✨ Never Too Late ✨

When I became a mother at 21, I had just discovered my biggest dream: to travel to West Africa and immerse myself in dance. It was everything I wanted. But life brought me another invitation: motherhood.

It was hard. Many times I felt alone, overwhelmed — carrying children, home, work, and still the desire to dream. I asked myself so many times: “What did I get myself into?”

And at the same time, it was the greatest initiation of my life. A school of love, resilience, and healing. Today, with three children, I feel only gratitude.

🌸 Because motherhood has taught me something essential: it’s never too late to dream, to dance, to learn, to begin again.

✨ This is just a glimpse of the story I shared on my blog.
If you’d like to read the full text, drop a 🌹 in the comments and I’ll send you the link or go to my bio.

💃🏽 And if you feel the call to reconnect with yourself through dance:

And before I close, I want to give a big big up, love and respect to the father of my children. 💜

He is my brother in this life, and I’m deeply grateful to him for meeting me in this wild journey of parenthood.

Thank you for walking with me, for sharing this endeavor, and for being part of this path that continues to shape us all. 🫂🫶🏽✨
