Body Wisdom is a unique yoga therapy training that combines modern scientific insights with centuries-old traditional wisdom. In this program, you will receive the tools to develop customized, therapeutic yoga practices that support holistic health and well-being on every level.

You will learn how to create a personalized therapeutic yoga practice that supports not only the body, but also the mind and soul – both for yourself and for your students.

The retreat format of this training creates space for deep experience, immersive learning, and personal transformation.
