I am Vera Balsemão, a creative soul passionate about the world of Arts and the development of Human beings. I have a degree in Arts Psychotherapy and an Ecopsychotherapy, in IKON INSTITUTE, Australia. In my life path, the spiritual and holistic experience as a mother guided me to a deeper connection with my essence and aligned with my purpose. This journey led me to become an Anthroposophical Art Therapist, supporting different needs such as social projects and retreats. I believe in the multimodal arts and nature as powerful tools of knowledge that facilitate transformation and healing processes.

We live in an era overflowing with information and technology, at an accelerated pace, and increasingly distant from the human essence.

We are taught to look outward, afraid to listen within.

I do this work because I believe that the leap in consciousness we need as humanity begins with each BEING who dares to say yes to their existence, who honors their individuality and takes control of their own destiny.

Painting is a way of expressing myself with the world, sharing my story, my mission, my challenges, my values, my purpose through Art.

September arrived. A month often seen as the “return to routine.”

The invitation is simple: let go of what weighs you down. Take a deep breath, create space within yourself, and choose to start this cycle with more lightness. New energy.

And with this energy, I share a BIG announcement: From September 15th, the schedule will be open again for individual sessions! And the great news is that IN-PERSON sessions in Lisbon and surrounding areas are also returning, for those who wish to experience this journey more closely.
