JUNIOR Intermediate LEVEL II certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She obtained her first Iyengar Yoga certificate in 2016 after 3 years training in Lisbon with Billy Konrad and 7 years of training with Patx

i Lizardi in Porto. Sol practices Iyengar Yoga consistently since 2.006 and continues studying with Patxi until today. Sol has been taking weekly online classes since pandemic with Abhijata Iyengar and Jayne Orton
And in ndia Sol studied at RIYMI, and also with Rudra Dev; Rajiv Chanchani and Usha Devi. Native Argentinian, she is now based in Almancil where she runs Sol Viegas Yoga & Massage Center where she holds weekly hybrid classes and weekend workshops with international Iyengar Yoga teachers.
