Alguns pontos importantes:

1- Cada pessoa é única e deve ser treinada dentro dos seus objetivos e necessidades.

2 - Não existe treino perfeito, existe treino que se encaixe perfeitamente nos objetivos e necessidades de cada indivíduo.

3 - Não adianta elaborar um treino cientificamente perfeito, se o aluno não tiver motivação e empenho para executar.

4 - O treino deve ser sustentável a longo prazo e por isso deve ser elaborado com base nas preferências e gosto do indivíduo.

5 - Existem diversas modalidades de treinamento (CrossFit, Lutas, Funcional, HIIT, Pilates, Musculação, etc). Você pode até ser mais adepto de uma forma, mas isso não significa que a outra seja ineficiente.

6 - Independente da modalidade que você se adeque mais, tente treinar como um todo - Aptidão Física é definida como: bom condicionamento cardiorrespiratório, força e flexibilidade, associados a uma boa composição corporal. Recentemente passamos a englobar também fatores neuromusculares como equilíbrio, agilidade e coordenação.
