This September we are hosting a Mediterranean Retreat!
14 - 21 in Liguria, Italy

On top of daily Yoga classes, breathing, meditations, ceremonies, sensorial experiences and time for selfexploration and reconnection, we will dive into the mediterranean culture and diet; explore old villages by the ligurian coast, learn history and traditions from the locals, bike or hike the Ligurian mountains overlooking the sea, learn how to make troffie, pesto, focaccia and much more.
