For several personal reasons as well as the corona pandemic, I have decided to open up my men's group.

For the next couple of months (and potentially longer), all men can freely join our weekly meetings.

In the Emerging Men meetings, we men hold space for each other, encourage each other to share, and support each other.

If you're not sure whether it'd be something for you but are curious, just come and join once and decide for yourself.

I had a great time giving a workshop on Authentic Leadership at Universidade Nova de Lisboa for the Blues Programme!

I really got into the flow after a comment of one of the participants. She said, "sometimes we don't ask for help because we think we have to do it on our own."

I appreciated the input and spontaneously took a detour to talk about how we are born dependent on our mother and other caretakers. During teenage years we grow more independent and perhaps achieve this at the early or mid-twenties.

This seems to be the end goal for many people: we can do whatever we want and are independent.
🌱
However, once we achieve independence, a whole new world opens: the world of interdependence. It is the world of intentionally choosing to interact with, synergise, and relate to other people to create something beautiful (and how without interdependence none of us would even exist).

ABOUT ME

I love sports, nature, and travelling. I have lived in six different countries and speak five languages fluently. I spend a lot of time in nature and grow succulents as a hobby. I am currently based in Cascais, Lisbon, Portugal and keep on travelling - for work and pleasure.

I am passionate about psychology, coaching, and personal development. Several coaching certifications, leadership training as well as my MSc in Talent Development and Creativity and my MSc in Sports Sciences equip me well to be an active professional in the areas of psychology, coaching and leadership.
