A healthy snack with all the flavor

Coffee and Cocoa Muffins

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 80 ml of coffee
- 50 ml of olive oil (or coconut oil)
- 180 grs of almond flour (almond reduced to flour)
- 5 tablespoons of oatmeal (thick oats reduced to flour)
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of grated coconut (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of stevia
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:
Beat the eggs very well with an electric mixer. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well until the dough makes small bubbles of air.
Place the dough in small silicone muffin pans (even fill the pans up)
Take to a preheated oven at 180o and cook for about 30min.

Um lanche saudável mas com todo o sabor

Muffins de Cacau e Café

Ingredientes:
- 6 ovos
- 80 ml de café
- 50 ml de azeite (ou óleo de coco)
- 180 grs de farinha de amêndoa (amêndoa reduzida a farinha)
- 5 colheres de sopa de farinha de aveia (aveia grossa reduzida a farinha)
- 3 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó
- 1 colher de sopa de coco ralado (opcional)
- 2 colheres de sopa de stevia
- 1 colher de chá de fermento para bolos
- 1 pitada de sal

Preparação:
Bata muito bem os ovos com uma batedeira. Adicione os restantes ingredientes e misture tudo muito bem até a massa fazer pequenas bolhinhas de ar.
Coloque a massa em pequenas formas de silicone para muffins (encher mesmo a forma até acima)
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180o e deixe cozinhar cerca de 30min.
