Meet Bryony .eve 💛 A yoga student and teacher; Vedic meditator and Reiki healer.

Originally from Scotland, Bryony brought the wisdom and depth of her self practice into our 200-hr training cohort, as well as our online yin and restorative courses 🌿

Since graduating YTT in October, we’ve been tracing her travels through Spain, Morocco, Bali and now Cambodia, where Bryony is currently teaching regular classes at Yoga Barn Kampot 🌸

Having spent fourteen months in yoga therapy with following a physical trauma, Bryony’s classes are guided by embodied philosophy and somatic movement.

In practice, she encourages conscious, slow, intuitive movement - prioritising internal sensation over external shape and form.

Her intention in her teaching is always to de-excite the body and liberate the mind, allowing students to enter deeper states of rest, release and meditation.

For Bryony, meditation is devotion to self rather than any deity, and she supports students in self-inquiry and authentic living off the mat.

✨ Teacher Spotlight | Our Lovely Lynn ✨

Lynn is a Certified Yoga Teacher based near Albany, New York, focused on building mobility for life and helping students stay grounded - both physically and mentally.

Her classes emphasize functional movement, balance, joint health, and strength to support everyday living, long-term resilience, and ease of movement at any age.

Mindfulness and meditation are thoughtfully woven into each session, creating space to slow down, connect with the breath, and cultivate self-awareness.

Lynn offers classes that are open and accessible to all skill levels, encouraging students to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and build a practice that supports them on and off the mat.

Since graduating The Source’s 200-hr training in October, Lynn has begun a new chapter of teaching at her local senior living communities and at Maitri Yoga - the beginning of a new journey made even more meaningful by the encouragement and support of her students. 💛

🌿 In February, Lynn’s community class raised nearly $300 for Sidewalk Warriors of Troy to support food security in the local community - and she’s hosting another Community Class on Sunday, March 1st at 11am, with 100% of proceeds donated.

🌿 She’s also offering a 4-Week Mobility & Mindfulness Series on Tuesdays at 10am (March 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th). All levels welcome, with discounted pricing when you register for the full series.

Source Teacher Spotlight ✨

Saskia joined us for our yin, restorative, AND 200-hr trainings in 2025! She’s been a calm and constant presence at The Source in our first year 🌼

Saskia is a creative and playful yoga teacher based in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands, with a background in expressive arts therapy.

Saskia first came to yoga as a student, simply to stay active. Over time, her practice became a journey from living in her head to truly listening to her body.

In different phases of her life, yoga has met her in different ways. At first, her practice taught her to slow down, listen to her boundaries and honor rest. More recently, it has invited her to gently meet her edges.

Discovering strength, capacity and confidence she didn’t know her body had. This evolving relationship with the body continues to shape the way she teaches.

With her therapeutic background, Saskia deeply values the connection between body, emotions and nervous system.

If you’re in Leeuwarden, you can find her teaching at :

* Vinyasa | Saturday at 9:30
* Restorative | Sunday at 18:45
* Sub teacher for Hatha (flow) and Yin regularly as well

Alongside her regular classes, Saskia is feeling called to create more tailored yoga spaces for specific life journeys, with a focus on nervous system regulation, recovery and therapeutic support.

She looks forward to creating programs, both in person and online, for people seeking a deeper, more embodied approach to healing and self-connection.

We are so excited to be joined by .waycott for our June 3-8th WellSpring Retreat for Yoga Teachers.

Alexandria Waycott is a Canadian Yoga Educator who has been teaching for over 14 years.

Her work focuses primarily on supporting yoga teachers through 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, and continuing education for those looking to refine their skills.

She is also the host of the - an educational resource for yoga teachers around the world.

As her career has evolved, Alexandria has become increasingly dedicated to supporting yoga teachers. She specializes in continuing education programs that focus on areas such as Ayurveda for yoga teachers, skillful class sequencing, yoga history and philosophy, and the art of effective verbal cueing.

Alexandria’s approach to teaching is holistic and informed by a variety of lineages. Rather than subscribing to a single method, she values a non-dogmatic perspective where one recognizes there are many valid ways to experience yoga.

Known for her clear, precise teaching style, Alexandria loves to share creative vinyasa practices paired with inspiring themes and playlists.

She holds an E-RYT 500 designation and is recognized by Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education Provider.

When she’s not traveling to teach, Alexandria offers weekly classes for her community and leads 200-hour yoga teacher trainings in British Columbia, Canada.
