Hoje trazemos até si um caso clínico de Mastopexia de Explante.
Ao longo da vida, muitas mulheres optam por remover os implantes mamários – seja por já não se identificarem com o seu corpo, por quererem eliminar um corpo estranho do organismo ou, simplesmente, por desejarem uma mama mais leve e natural.
Trata-se de uma cirurgia bastante diferenciada e que representa um desafio maior para o cirurgião, na medida em que o tecido mamário tende a apresentar-se mais fino e com maior flacidez. Assim, nestes casos, usamos o restante tecido mamário para estruturar um novo suporte mamário e recorremos a enxertos de gordura para ganhar volume e projeção.

Today, we bring you a clinical case of Explant Mastopexy (Breast Implant Removal with a Lift).
Throughout their lives, many women choose to have their breast implants removed –
whether it’s because they no longer identify with their body image, wish to eliminate a foreign object from their system, or simply desire a lighter, more natural-looking breast.
This is a highly specialized surgery and represents a greater challenge for the surgeon, as the remaining breast tissue tends to be thinner and have more laxity. Thus, in these cases, we use the remaining breast tissue to structure a new breast support and rely on fat grafting to gain volume and projection.
