Benefit Dinner for Palestine 🇵🇸

We together with the Ericeira community supported by so many local businesses like .ericeira, , , .comigo and of stand together for the Freedom of Palestine and Palestinians.

We decide to create this fundraiser dinner cooked by a Palestinian member of our community to raise money for Medical Aid for Palestine (www.map.org.uk).

ALL THE PROCEEDS will go to this organization. We will post all the donation process on Instagram to insure total transparency.

▫️This week on the Monday Club we will start with a cacao ceremony exploring our creativity and inspiration, what makes our heart beat faster.
With the guided meditation we will go inwards, to calm and quite the mind so our souls can speak.
In the poem writing workshop we will embrace our inner poet, learn how to express ourselves on paper in a deeper and romantic way.
Learning the construction of a poem, flow with words and to access inner inspiration.
