Poluição, poeira e até impactos naturais no ar podem causar alergias respiratórias. Portugal, por exemplo, está passando por concentrações de pólen muito elevadas, importante motivo de desconforto nasal. Uma solução incrível para esses momentos - e para o dia a dia, na verdade, é o jala neti. A prática indiana consiste em introduzir água morna e salgada em uma das narinas e tirá-la pela outra. É ideal para eliminar toxinas da região nasal, além de prevenir enxaqueca, resfriado, rinite e sinusite.

A limpeza, além de evitar doenças respiratórias, purifica a mente e proporciona serenidade emocional. Para realizá-la, é necessário utilizar o lota, um bule de cerâmica esmaltada, como esse da foto. Recomendamos utilizar o lota Zenzah constantemente, tornando a higienização das narinas um hábito - em especial em locais com mudanças bruscas de temperatura e poluição.

Pollution, dust and even natural impacts in the air can cause respiratory allergies. Portugal, for example, is experiencing very high pollen concentrations, an important reason for nasal discomfort. An amazing solution for those moments - and for everyday life, in fact, is jala neti. The Indian practice consists of introducing warm, salty water into one of the nostrils and expelling it through the other. It is ideal for eliminating toxins from the nasal region, as well as preventing migraine, cold, rhinitis and sinusitis.

Cleaning, in addition to preventing respiratory diseases, purifies the mind and provides emotional serenity. To make it, it is necessary to use the neti pot, an enameled ceramic teapot, like the one in the photo. We recommend using the Zenzah neti pot constantly, making cleaning the nostrils a habit - especially in places with sudden changes in temperature and pollution.

Zenzah and Casa Zenzah were created based on the values of Yoga. In the ethics of Yoga, there are the Yamas and the Niyamas. Today we are going to talk a little about the Yamas. Yama presents 5 virtues that make up a kind of moral code. Are they:

🍃 Non-violence (Ahimsa);
🍃 Absolute honesty (Satya);
🍃 Not to steal (Asteya);
🍃 Control of desires (Brahmãcãrya);
🍃 Not to covet and not to cling (Aparigrãha).

Aula de hoje para aliviar o stress🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

É um desafio nos dias de hoje com tudo que estamos vivendo e com a correria do dia a dia não sentir stress.

O stress é uma resposta do nosso corpo ao instinto de luta e fuga. Foi muito útil nos tempos da caverna para nossa sobrevivência, mas nos mantendo alertas por um longo período de tempo, faz com que nos sintamos fatigadas, trazendo prejuízos à nossa imunidade, saúde, emocional, entre outros.

Por isso hoje trazemos a aula da Luzen especial para aliviar o stress. Realize as posturas por pelo 30 segundos e repita a série 2x. Serão 10 minutinhos do seu dia e que te darão mais descanso e vitalidade para continuar o dia☀️

It's a challenge these days with everything we're going through and with the rush of everyday life not to feel stress.

Stress is our body's response to the fight and flight instinct. It was very useful in cave times for our survival, but keeping us alert for a long period of time makes us feel fatigued, bringing damage to our immunity, health, emotional, among others.

Chegaram as nossas Lotas! Lindas, anatômicas, feitas uma a uma pelo ceramista Português, Luiz Elias🎉

A lota é o recipiente usado para fazer o jala neti, Kriya (técnica de limpeza) do Yoga e do Ayurveda que consiste na limpeza do nariz através de uma solução de água morna com um pouco de sal.

Essa limpeza natural elimina o acúmulo de muco e de outras impurezas tais como microorganismos e drena os seios paranasais de modo que auxilia na prevenção e no tratamento de diversas doenças como sinusite, rinite, resfriado, gripe, alergias respiratórias, etc. Aumenta a resistência às alterações climáticas e poluição atmosférica. The neti pot is the container used to make the jala neti, Kriya (cleansing technique) of Yoga and Ayurveda which consists of cleaning the nose with a solution of warm water with a little salt.
