The difference a year can make. I bet most people in Ericeira were to walk by me looking like this they wouldn’t recognise me. This full moon past has kicked my ass. So much childhood and adulthood trauma resurfacing to finally be released. Also working through the 28 day soul coaching program with my clients has it ALL coming up. One thing I realised I’ve had a tendency to do in the past is when life doesn’t go how I want or really just real life happens, I’ve tended to make myself small and run, change my life and try to forget rather than facing the pain. I did this when my marriage ended and archived almost 4,000 photos on here. Realising these photos and words are my story - one to be proud of and just because life did not work out how I thought I wanted it, it’s what got me here today. Also the process of one by one (which in STILL doing) bringing them back into my account I’ve been able to reflect on how amazing my life has been. I’ve lived in so many beautiful cities, so many gorgeous homes (I miss my lofts so much!), and have had so many amazing experiences with my little girl. Also the struggle of not knowing why I was sick for SO MANY YEARS up through healing my . It’s been an adventure one that’s brought most of you beautiful people into my life. Now it’s time for healing my soul even deeper. Releasing all the old patterns I’ve played out for so many years once and for good. Cherishing the amazing life I have lived with all its highs and lows - and writing the next chapters. The healing never stops does it? Here’s to the solar eclipse in my home sign cappy that just passed 👏. Bravo for bringing the challenges and chance to grow. 🙏

I have been so blessed lately with a healthy and growing healing practice. Getting to connect with so many incredible souls that in turn help me learn and grow is a honour. I’ve learned so much this last year as a soul coach. The biggest lesson: we all carry our things, our fears, our traumas, our shadows and it’s through facing these and finding support we level up and grow as people. I have also learned most of what we carry as people is so similar, the want to understand ourselves, to be accepted and loved, to know we belong somewhere. Since I’ve fully stepped into this role and “title” as “healer” even though my entire life I was always in some way or another already acting out this purpose, I’ve gotten a lot of comments about how refreshing it is to meet someone in this world that isn’t so “woo-woo”, that doesn’t dress in all white, who is comfortable cursing and have real life vices. It feels great to be accepted and praised but the little secret is - we all are healers in our own form and format. When you hug a friend who is having a hard time you are healing, when you parent your children you are healing, when you show up passionately for the things you believe in you are healing the entire world. We all have the capacity to show up fully for the world around us and make it a better place and I guess that’s been my biggest message with my life and it’s many phases so far either mommy blogging, music industry, volunteer work and the like, the simple fact if we step up we all can change the world for the better. We are all tools in this thing we call the universe.

Almost two years ago I had a vision. I vision of a space where people would come to heal, a container where people could explore their spirituality and feel supported on this path I headed out on after dealing with THANK YOU dear souls of the Ericeira healing collective that fully helped me actualise this dream yesterday. Thank you to the practitioners who so beautifully offered their services. Thank you to the people that came with open hearts and open minds to receive. I know in my soul is just this beginning. This space and community will evolve and grow just as Diogo and I grow alongside of it. So much gratitude for being in our home and being on this journey with us friends. 2019 is going to be “the” year ❤️

Happy New Year Friends! I have to say I’m in the camp this year SO ready to put 2018 behind me and say farewell! I do feel blessed for all the amazing things it’s brought to my life but wow - looking forward to what I’m hoping for will be a calmer year in 2019. Less stress, more health, and a whole lot of 💖! I decided this weekend to break my 28 day soul coaching program which starts this Wednesday into two smaller groups of people for more intimate meetings and deeper one on one style connection. This also opened up two more seats in the course for two more people looking to start the new year with full self love and support. This is not a diet program nor a fitness program, is an intimate course that focuses in on our souls connection with the physical body. It’s great for anyone recovering from illness like or the woman that wants to find confidence and self love in her own skin. And since we will be meeting online, anyone can attend! I’ll be running through the program with the attendees myself and I am SO ready for it. I’m a year out since my CT journey, in a new place in my life completely and looking forward to reconnecting with my body myself in this new version of my life. I’ve been reading a lot about attachment styles this week past and it’s so so so interesting. I was already deeply engrossed in the world of twin flames and all that’s to do with “spiritual romance” as a lot of my clients are twin flames trying to figure out their own journeys. Having met my own twin flame catalyst which to lead me directly to my true twin when the time was right after years of longing, this stuff is fascinating to me. I’m starting to see the direct connection on all my interests, how minerals affect our bodies and minds via or any imbalance and how that’s connected to the spiritual journeys we are on including how our relationships affect our health and well-being. It ALL affects our physical health, it’s all connected. We are taught in the western world you need to be truly independent to be happy, that codependency is a negative thing yet there are so many studies that prove the positive affects of POSITIVE attachment, when you are supported and lifted up and loved fully without strings has not just emotionally but actual positive physical affect on our overall health. I encourage everyone to study about attachment theory - it may help you understand your past experiences in relationship better and will foster better relationships in your present. I can’t wait to bring more of this stuff to my work, continue to connect all the dots the universe has laid out for me as a healer and in my own life and continue to be the best tool I possibly can be for my clients. ❤️ photos again by our love

I’ve been a seeker and still am, but I’ve stopped asking books and the stars. I started listening to the teachings of my soul. -Rumi .:. .:. .:. We all carry an inner truth that’s always fighting to come out. It manifests sometimes as illness, fatigue, depression or just feeling stuck when we block or ignore it. When we align and listen to our own souls we radiate and inspire ourselves and those around us. As my fellow like to say “energy flows where intention goes”. That post sauna glow though! I needed this break so badly. One thing I’m yet to adjust to running a guest house and healing centre in the home I also live I can go days literally without leaving the house. Adding our third business now to the mix there’s even more on our plates all from home central. So it’s Xmas then hitting the ground to bring Nitro Coffee to Portugal 🤗❤️🤗... then high season for the other two businesses. I’m so excited for what 2019 has to bring. Cosmically 2018 was a massive year preparing us for the next 12 year cycle that lays ahead. It wasn’t always easy as the main purpose was to shed the old unneeded parts of ourselves and our life to make the space for us to all move closer to fulfilling our soul’s purpose. And damn did I shed, and damn did the universe deliver everything and more that I could ever dream of. I know now though that lots of ground work has been laid, the base has been built it’s long work days and an incredible need to for focus that lays ahead. I’m curious - have you guys manifested anything great you are looking forward to growing in 2019? Are there any projects or things you want some encouragement on? We are in this crazy thing called life together. Social media can be so one sided. What you all working on?
