SAAR is a home healthcare agency focusing on the expat community in the Algarve and is recruiting for care coordinators to start in January 2026

This is a healthcare professional who acts as a central point of contact, organizing and managing a patient's care journey to ensuring seamless, personalized, and comprehensive support by creating care plans, scheduling appointments, explaining conditions, connecting patients with their carers, and bridging communication gaps between the client, families, and the care team.

The right candidates need to speak fluid English. Any other language is an advantage. Needs to be able to drive with their own car.

Both full and part-time availability. Experience with management & care is preferred.

This position is based in the Algarve!
