Aula 11 | Tristana e os 8 Pilares do Ashtanga Yoga
In a country ruled by an unjust king, a happy couple caught the king's jealousy, leading to the man's imprisonment in a tower. The man devised a plan to escape - he instructed his wife to bring specific items each night: a silken thread, a strong thread, a cord, a rope, a beetle, and honey. With these tools, the man climbed down to freedom from the prison tower. The story represents the couple's journey as yogis, where the tower symbolizes conditioned existence, and each item signifies a step in their spiritual practice - asana (silken thread), pranayama (strong thread), meditation (cord), and samadhi (rope). Through these practices, they attained freedom from the constraints of conditioned existence.
