During this month and a half we hosted four retreats, kept regular classes, yoga therapies, massages, private classes… And in moments like this you look back and think of how amazing humanity is, people from such diverse cultures meeting our local students, practicing together, eating together and sleeping under the same roof. As yogis and humans we couldn’t feel happier for managing to keep a sacred place common to all the different contexts we teach. Thank you all for apreciating our work and dedication. Viva, amigos!

We have been quiet for a while - not out of neglect, but out of choice. In a world where the little black box in our hands demands constant attention, notifications, and the illusion that presence is measured in posts and views, we felt the need to step back. To breathe. To remember that life is not defined by a ‘feed’, but by presence.

Our schedule has not changed much, and so we chose not to add more noise to what is already overflowing. Instead, we trust that what truly matters will always find its way: there is class, always, unless you hear from us otherwise.

This month, since our Silke is away, the only shift is that Mysore on Wednesdays will pause, returning in October.

We look forward to meeting you on the mat - and if not, may you meet yourself there, in your own time, in your own silence.

These last few days have been amazing… morning practice , Mysore classes, Inversions class, and the highlight with the workshops for children. Our range of ages this week goes from 5 to 82, and we couldn’t feel happier
