Função e Responsabilidades:
Como nosso Agrónomo, terás um papel crucial na otimização dos nossos processos de cultivo e garantia da saúde e vitalidade das nossas plantas de cannabis. As tuas responsabilidades incluirão:

- Supervisionar todos os aspectos da produção de culturas, incluindo plantio, cultivo e colheita.
- Implementar as melhores práticas de gestão do solo, irrigação e controlo de pragas.
- Monitorizar a saúde das plantas e diagnosticar quaisquer problemas ou deficiências.
- Colaborar com a nossa equipa de cultivo para desenvolver e executar estratégias de cultivo.
- Manter-se atualizado com as últimas pesquisas e avanços em técnicas de cultivo de cannabis.

Requisitos:
- Licenciatura em Agronomia, Horticultura ou uma área relacionada.
- Experiência comprovada na produção de culturas, com foco no cultivo de cannabis preferencial.
- Forte conhecimento de práticas agrícolas, incluindo ciência do solo, nutrição vegetal e gestão de pragas.
- Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e atenção aos detalhes.
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipa.
- Paixão pela agricultura sustentável e compromisso com a responsabilidade ambiental.
