Join Sarah every Friday morning for a 60‑minute Somatic Activated Healing session – a guided space to come back into your body and feel truly present with yourself.
We begin by arriving in the body through grounding, breath and simple somatic movement, inviting you to leave the mind with its looping stories in the background and tune instead into your real-time feelings, emotions and sensations. As you stay with what you feel rather than think, the body can start to soften, unwind and release layers of accumulated tension.
Through breath, intuitive movement, shaking and short moments of stillness, the session supports your system in gradually liberating stored stress, traces of trauma and unhealthy cycles that keep you stuck in old patterns. You are invited to meet whatever arises with curiosity and compassion, learning that your body can be a safe place to feel and process rather than something to escape.
Towards the end, the pace slows and you are guided into deeper rest and integration, so you can experience what it is like to truly come home to your body. From this grounded, embodied place, the way you relate to yourself, to others and to the world can gently shift, opening more space for clarity, connection, softness and a more positive, life-affirming way of being.
Each class will have a different theme.
