Dr Wen had an emergency patient booked in for 10am today...he clearly forgot to put his clock back and turned up at 9 🤣 No problem, though, for the top chiro in town...she's always ready to look after her patients 😊

We haven't posted on this page for a while because we've been helping set up a new chiropractic clinic in Shanghai, China. But now we're back in Luz in the sunny Algarve and treating patients with all the usual aches and pains at our chiropractic suite within the Meraki TCM clinic close to Spar...it's good to be back 😊

A friend gave us some tomatoes recently. With a million to eat, we decided to have a go at sun-dried tomatoes 😲 We cut them up and put them put out under the Algarve sunshine for a week 🌞 As we wait for the first batch in the jar to be ready to eat (should be another couple of weeks), we thought we'd get a new batch going..
