When you come into the journey expecting a specific experience, you're looking at one small part of the sky while the real magic is happening somewhere else entirely. 

It's as if you're telling the medicine how it should show up for you, and the medicine doesn't work like that. 

Mushrooms 'speak' in different languages to different people. Sometimes it's images, the other times it's sensation, emotion or even pure presence. 

Stay open.
Stay curious.
Let your journey be yours.

When you feel low... It's probably the last thing you want to hear.
You're struggling and here I come telling you: just choose something different for yourself.
As if it was this easy. 

I'm just putting this thought out there, in case you've tried already everything and nothing works. You are again in the same spot you promised yourself you'd never be. 

You have nothing to loose. 

WHY ARE YOU CHOOSING THIS EXPERIENCE FOR YOURSELF?

Maybe this question will shift your perspective. Maybe it will stop you from going down the spiral of auto pilot.
Maybe it will open your eyes to the fact, you can have a different experience.
Do you want a different experience? 
Can you learn the same lesson but in a more pleasant way? 

I know one thing for sure: sometimes one second of hesitation is enough to change the course.
