Did you know that at we take care of more than just spines??

Foot and ankle issues commonly walk into our practice (ha-ha), sometimes as a primary problem, or more commonly mentioned as an extra when someone’s already coming in for help with back pain or headaches!

Foot and ankle problems are commonly linked to pelvic weaknesses and imbalances or low back restrictions. This can create problems downstream I.e hip, knee or ankle issues

So what do we do?

We examine you top to toe to find out the root of the problem, plus address any other niggles you may have. We might adjust your spine, and we can also adjust knees, ankles and feet. We might do soft tissue work or taping, and provide advice, stretching or strengthening exercises.

In short, we assess and treat you holistically, to get you back to your best 😎

Waking up with a sore neck or back is often a sign that your sleep posture needs adjusting...

- Side sleeping with a pillow between your knees
- Back sleeping with a pillow under your knees

❌ Avoid stomach sleeping – it twists your neck and strains your back!

Small adjustments like using the right pillow or adding leg support can make a big difference. Good sleep posture helps keep your spine aligned, reduces tension, and supports deeper, more restorative rest! 😴
