THIS SUNDAY 14/09 .dienst brings her TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK, FOR THE LAST TIME at The Seed Lagos (maybe next one will be at The Seed Porto ;) )

Find peace and strength within yourself. You’ll be given the possibility to release and transform strong/stuck emotions and blockages.

> What to expect:
A transformational breathwork session. Two hours for yourself. In the session, you will practice the Conscious Connected Breath (CCB). The CCB stands out due to a circulating and continuous in- and out-breath.

You’ll experience a short meditation to focus on yourself. Then you’ll be breathing intensively for about 1 hour while using the CCB.
I accompany and support you with touch and words during the entire breathing phase.
This is followed by a phase of relaxation (‘sailing phase’) of 15 minutes.
Afterward, you may integrate what you have experienced, if you wish through conversation or sharing.

💫 This is not an end, but time for Transformation!

🌱 We’re deeply grateful for the roots we’ve grown here — and now, we’re ready to plant new ones up north.

🧘‍♀️ A weekend workshop designed to help you build confidence in giving clear, respectful, and effective assists. You’ll explore the principles of energy and assists, vinyasa-krama, standing poses, transitions, seated, twists, forward bends, backbends, inversions, and Savasana — all through the lens of conscious touch.
Led by , certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, this hands-on training is practical, empowering, and rooted in real experience.
