Our Pilates Room Lagos team had an inspiring group reformer class with Joshua, an Australian Physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience in health, wellness and elite sport.
He shared his expertise and S3 Method - built on stretch, strength and stability, guiding us through movement, discussion, and new techniques.
