On this page I try to share anything I find inspiring or uplifting as well as any interesting articles and video clips I find relating to craniosacral therapy, energy work and general well-being. If you would like to book an appointment you can also message me though this page. Craniosacral therapy is profoundly relaxing and deeply healing. It is a fully-clothed, gentle, whole body therapy suitable for all ages and conditions- physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological. The Biodynamic approach works with the core and whole of our being, fluid body and central nervous system, allowing the body's natural healing ability to flow freely. It is non-manipulative and very beneficial during pregnancy, for children or when conditions are sensitive, painful or uncomfortable. It is very gentle whilst still being incredibly effective. The work constantly reminds me that 'truth and 'health' are always present, despite injuries, illnesses and the general snowstorm of day to day living! One client actually commented to me that she had started to feel her whole life was becoming more authentic since having regular sessions. Also a qualified Reiki practitioner this naturally comes into every treatment I give but it's also possible to book a Reiki treatment on it's own. I find this one of the greatest and most beautiful observations ever. I have had it saved on my laptop for months.

I was incredibly blessed to be interviewed in person by Franklyn Sills to train at Karuna Institute in Devon, UK. I had literally hopped on a plane from India with an unshakeable knowing that this was my path.
I was then even more blessed to learn under Franklyn's guidance and incredible wisdom as my head teacher for two years.
At this sensitive and precious time many, many of us reflect in awe of what he has given to the world, holding him and his family deep in our hearts, thoughts and prayers.

I wanted to post this today to share my appreciation and gratitude.

Taking a shower or bath, or even better, dipping in the sea, is highly underrated when it comes to cleansing your energetic field.
If you notice your energy feels stagnant and heavy, immerse yourself in water.
It's one of the quickest, most effective ways to cleanse your auric field, especially if you're an empath!
