🌟Happy cosy evening everyone!

On Sunday it was the memorial service for the globally respected and much loved Franklyn Sills.
Franklyn was a pioneer in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy having formerly trained as an osteopath. He brought humility, kindness and deep wisdom to his teachings sharing his heartfelt practises of Tibetan Buddhism and Chi Gung.
I was incredibly lucky to be interviewed by him in person and to train for two years with him from 2009 - 2011 in the midst of beautiful Dartmoor at Karuna, Natsworthy Manor. An experience of a lifetime that will forever stay with me.
At my graduation I was touched to hear him say 'I'll be seeing 'you' again', I never knew quite what he meant, except that perhaps he'd expected our paths would cross again...sadly, time flies, always connected through the work but I never did.
This photo is of an absolute bible to the work, a book I treasure greatly.

I find this one of the greatest and most beautiful observations ever. I have had it saved on my laptop for months.

I was incredibly blessed to be interviewed in person by Franklyn Sills to train at Karuna Institute in Devon, UK. I had literally hopped on a plane from India with an unshakeable knowing that this was my path.
I was then even more blessed to learn under Franklyn's guidance and incredible wisdom as my head teacher for two years.
At this sensitive and precious time many, many of us reflect in awe of what he has given to the world, holding him and his family deep in our hearts, thoughts and prayers.

I wanted to post this today to share my appreciation and gratitude.

Taking a shower or bath, or even better, dipping in the sea, is highly underrated when it comes to cleansing your energetic field.
If you notice your energy feels stagnant and heavy, immerse yourself in water.
It's one of the quickest, most effective ways to cleanse your auric field, especially if you're an empath!

Bom dia!
I recently shared to a group I'm a member of but I also wanted to share it here.
For any woman beginning to have uncomfortable symptoms during their cycle and beyond this could be of interest to you.
Did you know that many menstrual symptoms (such as a short luteal phase), many perimenopause and menopause symptoms are due low progesterone levels?
Progesterone is naturally much more abundant than estrogen in the younger female body and tends to drop even more dramatically than estrogen as we age.
Many symptoms thought to be solely due to estrogen decline such as loss of bone density, irritableness, low energy, sleeplessness, low libido, comprimised fertility, can all actually be due to low progesterone levels.
Low progesterone can also occur if you are typically more estrogen dominant.
Now I want to share some information that might help you if this speaks to you. You might think your only options are either to ride it out naturally and endure the symptoms or to turn to traditional HRT. But did you know you can also use bio identical progesterone cream made from plants as a natural form of HRT?
This, combined occasionally with some herbs, a healthy diet, rest, exercise and time in nature has been a game changer for me.
Using a cream as a transdermal method means that the hormones needed bypass the liver and the stomach and go directly into the lymphatic system. This not only is much quicker but also avoids unnecessary processing and strain on the organs. It also means that the quantities needed are a fraction of what you would need from oral products.
In many cases supplementing with natural progesterone is all you need without adding estrogen too.
The cream I use contains the highest grade USP body identical progesterone.

Have you had a NDE or OBE or other spiritual experience and been unable to talk about it? Have you struggled with coming back and even knowing how to be human again?
For some time afterwards, sometimes decades, it can continue to feel a very private and even shameful experience.
Because of the difficulty in translating other-worldly experiences into human language it can feel impossible to describe or relate the fulness of it to anyone else.
This isolation of not finding connection, feeling met or understood, can make it even harder to navigate continuing on this earthly plane.

With experience in this field and through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy I have worked with individuals who have struggled to 'come back' to continue living a fully grounded and embodied life.
The personality, emotional and spiritual shifts experienced may no longer be inline with meaningful relationships and it's common to feel the need to mask the changes you have gone through in order to fit in.

BCST is deeply soothing, comforting and profound. It is possible to access expanded consciousness states whilst being fully embodied at the same time. The work is spiritual and also deeply grounding helping the release of stuck energy, trauma and shock and allowing the soul align on its path with renewed clarity of purpose and enjoyment of life.

Beautiful treatment for a guest at .de at Quinta da Paz in Boco do Rio yesterday. Anna's place is gorgeous and the treatments take place in the heart of nature in a magical blue Mongolian yurt.
I took the opportunity for a windy dip in Salema's turquoise waters afterwards, what a treat! 🦋
