Pilates is having a moment. And rightly so.
Not because it is a trend, but because it works. Quietly, consistently, over time.
At its core, Pilates is about awareness. Strength that supports you. A way of moving that builds resilience, control, and ease in your body, which is why it is one of the foundations of what we share on our retreats.
We welcome those who already know and love the practice, and those who are simply curious. The beauty of Pilates is in its precision and its adaptability. The same movement can challenge one person, support another, and teach something new to both.
To introduce someone to Pilates for the first time, or to guide someone deeper into it, is always a privilege.
It is not about doing more. It is about moving better, feeling stronger, and building a deeper understanding of your body.
