When dance becomes part of your embodiment practice:

~You have a tool for ANY emotional state (stuck? dance. sad? dance. angry? dance. joyful? dance.)
~You trust your body’s wisdom (it shows you what it needs)
~You process faster (emotions move through the movement )
~You feel more alive (it activates felt sense)
~You reclaim pleasure(your body is a source of joy)
~You connect to something larger that moves through you and surrender to that (dance as ritual, prayer, devotion)

When women dance ~ truly dance, from the inside out ~ they remember who they are.
Wild. Wise. WHOLE.

Practice: Start the movement in your womb ~ feel it activate in your pelvis. Let it rise like a wave through your spine, expanding into your chest, flowing through your arms and hands, lighting up your face. Let your whole body engage.

And here’s the challenge ~ if some movements feel “too much,” if shame starts to surface ~ GOOD. That’s your edge. That’s where your freedom lives. Dance bigger. Dance like you’re done being small, done being “appropriate,” done shrinking.

Dance like the one who knows she’s not too much ~ she’s exactly right. Show shame that you’re not afraid of her anymore. You are allowed to be MORE than “too much”.

Practice: Some days, you’ll dance fierce ~ from your womb ~ wild, powerful, untamed. And that will fuel your heart with power through authentic & organic expression.

Other days, when you are more collapsed and your heart is armoured ~ let yourself be tender. You may activate the energy from outside in, starting your movement from your fingertips, through your palms, arms into the heart and from there into your whole body. You’ll move like water, like seaweed swaying while being moved by ocean.

This will activate the energy in your hands while gently opening your heart from where self touch may happen spontaneously.

Your feminine essence is not just your fire and it’s not just your tenderness. You’re BOTH. And learning to dance both is learning to be whole.

Essence: You cannot think your way back into your body. It’s the movement (always present even through your breath) that creates sensation, and sensation is how you know you’re here.

When you move consciously ~ when you track how it feels, where you feel it, what wants to move through you ~ you’re activating your felt sense. You’re waking up what’s been asleep.

It doesn’t have to be dance or yoga or anything formal. It can be:
~ Shaking out your arms
~ Swaying your hips
~ Stretching like a cat
~ Walking and feeling every step
~ Moving however your body wants to move
Just move and feel. Let movement be your portal back to yourself. Let it show you that you have a body & you’re alive.

This way body from a thing to be managed or looked at becomes living, sensing, feeling HOME. And movement is the key that unlocks the door.

Brefly: Movement activates felt sense. Felt sense IS embodiment. Embodiment IS coming home to your body. Your body IS where your power, wisdom, and aliveness live Move to feel. Feel to know. Know to trust. Trust to live fully. Amen.

Practice: Today when you sit into your meditation, before you merge with silence ~ simply sway in between your sitting bones. Allow other movements to come from there. Activate your felt sense and meditate noticing the aliveness in you.

BodyBeautyBliss ~ sensuality as anchor

Practice: Today please turn the volume of your lived experience up by amplifying your attunement with your senses. When you slow down and savor ~ when you let yourself feel the warmth of sun, the taste of honey, the silk on your skin ~ you’re saying YES to being alive.

You are truly landing & anchoring yourself in this reality with pleasure. You’re honoring the gift of embodiment. This is not indulgence. This is devotion.

From embodiment perspective your senses are not distractions from the spiritual path ~ they are the path. Every time you taste, touch, see, hear, smell, FEEL~ you’re experiencing the divine in form.

And what if… your embodiment IS your enlightenment?

BodyBeautyBliss ~ heart & womb reconnection

Practice: Taste the flavor of your heart ~ loving, sweet & tender. Then feel your womb ~ creative, discerning, protective, strong. Both qualities are needed to live in transparency & true vulnerability.

When they’re connected ~ when your heart and womb speak to each other ~ you become whole. Your womb grounds your heart so you can love without losing yourself. Your heart softens your womb so you can trust without closing off.

Together, they create the balance: compassion with boundaries, love with discernment, softness with strength. This is how you become a woman who is both open and rooted, tender and fierce.

Practice connecting them every day, starting from 10 breaths and continue as long as you feel like. Place one heart on the heart and other on your womb and circulate your breath between them. Let them breathe together, speak to each other, flow as one.

BodyBeautyBliss ~ radiance

Practice: When your heart is supported by your back body and full of your own life force, its energy naturally rises ~ through your throat, lighting up your face, shining through your eyes. This is radiance.

Not performance, not makeup, not perfection ~ but aliveness. Your face becomes a canvas for your heart’s beauty. Your eyes show what you’re really feeling. Your voice speaks what’s really there. You stop performing beauty and start being it ~ because beauty is life force flowing freely.

Practice feeling your heart first (back body support, conscious breath). Then let that fullness rise. Let it soften your jaw, open your throat, illuminate your face. This is what people feel when they say you’re glowing ~ it’s your heart, visible.

Practice: Take a moment & notice your back body ~ a spine, shoulder blades, a whole structure designed to HOLD you.

Practice leaning your heart gently back toward your spine. Not closing. Not hardening. Just… resting back into your own support.

Sit in your bodly throne, Queen ~ let your back body hold your heart. Let there be space between you and the world.

This is how you love without losing yourself. This is how you care without collapsing. Your heart leaning back doesn’t make you less loving ~ it makes you more sovereign

~how it feels to learn back? Is there contaction or fear of not meeting love if you stay in your center?

BodyBeautyBliss ~ the art of inhale

Practice: Today notice your inhale as the way you receive. It’s how you claim space, draw your energy home, fill yourself.

You can’t shine when you are not full of yourself and you can’t exhale into relaxed state of bliss without inhaling.

Your inhale is your permission ~ to need, to want, to take your space & to be filled ~ to receive pleasure and claim it yours. It’s not selfish ~ it’s life sustaining.

Practice breathing like you deserve the air. Like you’re worthy of being filled. Like your lungs expanding is a prayer that says: “Im here, I matter, I receive”. Inhale like the woman you’re becoming ~ unapologetic, nourished, full.

BodyBeautyBliss ~ the power of discernment

Practice: Before you say yes or no to something today, pause. Breathe into your womb. Notice ~ does she open or close? Expand or contract? Warm or cool? Your womb will tell you the truth. Your job is to honor it.

The more you listen, the louder she becomes. The more you trust her, the clearer your path becomes. This is how you stop betraying yourself and reclaim your power.

You can start practicing womb YES/NO on small decisions (what to eat, what to wear, whether to respond to a text). Then, check with your womb with medium decisions (social invitations, work choices, how to spend your time). Practice womb discernment with people and relationships (who feels aligned, who drains you, what boundaries need to be set).

~how does it feel to anchor your “no” in and down, like roots of the tree?

Agni Way - The Way of Fire

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga & Holistic Massage

My name is Agni. I am a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher. I practice for over 11 years, although my yogic path was winding and filled with obstacles. For a long time, I hesitated to call it a life practice, until something finally clicked and changed my life, opening me to deep body work. I have completed a year-long course of contact improvisation in Berlin and many workshops with world-renowned teachers who opened my eyes to other systems of deep body work (Body Mind Centering, Axis Syllabus, Feldenkrais). Through those experiences, I understood how fundamental physical touch is. This inspired me to create a unique signature ‘Agni Touch’ massage treatments. Through a conscious, warm touch, I talk to the body that trusts me and opens to the strength far greater than myself. I use ta***ic, ayurvedic, soft bioenergetic and thai massage techniques, combining them into an intuitive wholeness. I’m constantly looking for a smooth flow, softness and pleasure resulting from inner strength. My motto is "To be soft and strong, and just let it flow".

Jestem certyfikowaną nauczycielką Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, praktykującą od ponad 11 lat, choć moja jogowa ścieżka przez długi czas była kręta i z przeszkodami. Długo wzbraniałam się, by nazwać ją życiową praktyką, do momentu, gdy coś w końcu kliknęło i odmieniło moje życie, otwierając mnie na głęboką pracę z ciałem. Ukończyłam roczny kurs kontakt improwizacji w Berlinie i liczne warsztaty u światowej sławy nauczycieli, które otworzyły mi oczy na inne systemy głębokiej pracy z ciałem (Body Mind Centering, Axis Syllabus, Feldenkrais). Zrozumiałam, jak fundamentalnie ważny jest dotyk. W autorskich masażach Agni Touch korzystam z technik masażu tantrycznego, ajurwedyjskiego, łagodnej bioenergetyki i tajskiego, łącząc je w intuicyjna całość. Przez świadomy, ciepły dotyk, rozmawiam z ciałem, które ufa mi i otwiera się na siłę znaczenie większą ode mnie. Nieustannie poszukuję płynnego przepływu, miękkości i przyjemności wynikającej z wewnętrznej siły. Moje motto: „To be soft and strong, and just let it flow”.
