BodyBeautyBliss ~ wisdom of release
Practice: You are the nature ~ act like it. Notice if you clench, suppress or hold your natural impulses of release through the body and start to change those patterns.
Let the yawn be FULL ~ sound, stretch, all of it. A yawn is your body saying: “I trust enough to let go”. Let the burp come up ~ no swallowing it back. A burp is your body saying: “I’ve digested what I needed; I release the rest”. Let the gas release ~ enjoy! A fart is your body saying: “I am alive, I am here, I am animal on earth”.
And if you stand bolt in your way of owning your body’s wisdom, I promise the ones around you will feel more at ease doing the same. This is how we change the world.
Im curious:
~do you allow yourself to release freely or there is a notion of shame arising? How does it feel in your body?
~do you notice yourself contracting while witnessing those expressions of bodily release in others? What is the emotion there? What it says?
