BodyBeautyBliss ~ wisdom of release

Practice: You are the nature ~ act like it. Notice if you clench, suppress or hold your natural impulses of release through the body and start to change those patterns.

Let the yawn be FULL ~ sound, stretch, all of it. A yawn is your body saying: “I trust enough to let go”. Let the burp come up ~ no swallowing it back. A burp is your body saying: “I’ve digested what I needed; I release the rest”. Let the gas release ~ enjoy! A fart is your body saying: “I am alive, I am here, I am animal on earth”.

And if you stand bolt in your way of owning your body’s wisdom, I promise the ones around you will feel more at ease doing the same. This is how we change the world.

Im curious:
~do you allow yourself to release freely or there is a notion of shame arising? How does it feel in your body?

~do you notice yourself contracting while witnessing those expressions of bodily release in others? What is the emotion there? What it says?

BodyBeautyBliss ~ relaxing vs collapsing

Practice: Feeling exhousted? Please, gift yourself some time, maybe 10 or 15 min to simply relax WITH presence in your body.

Lay down or sit comfy on the sofa, allow your shoulders to drop but keep feeling them. Soften your belly and stay curious about what’s inside. You don’t have to hold yourself rigid, but you also don’t disappear.

You can let go of the tension without letting go of yourself. Consciously activate your curiosity ~ not to discover something sparkly & new but to keep watching your inner environment ~ like you watch the nature.

After this devoted time, you should feel nourished and rejuvenated, do you?

Im curious:

~On a scale of 1-10, how connected do you felt to your body? (1 = completely disconnected/numb, 10 = fully embodied/aware of sensations)

~If you manage to stay in connection to your body, can you feel the shift in your wellbeing now?

~Did you feel the difference between relaxing with presence in your body and « relaxing » while scrolling or watching or processing through thinking?

BodyBeautyBliss ~ the art of exhale

Practice: Notice your exhale and play with it. Can you let it be a longer? Can you sigh when you need or wish to ~ audibly, unashamedly?

Exhale during your transition (between tasks, spaces, conversations ~ exhale to complete). When you feel tension (neck tight? exhale. jaw clenched? exhale.) When overwhelmed (pause, exhale fully, reset).

If someone asks something of you (exhale before responding ~ grounds you in your truth). When you’re making a decision ~ exhale first, then feel into your body’s YES/NO).

Let the exhale becomes your RESET BUTTON. Anytime, anywhere, you can exhale and come back to yourself.

The sounding exhale activates the vagus nerve (regulation, soothing), releases tension (physical, emotional, energetic), grounds you (energy moves downward, rooting) ~ it’s the body’s way of saying “I let go now”.

And if affects everyone in 9m around you. They may relax as well.

~are you breathing with sound easly? What stops you from doing that? (Does it feel safe? Shameful? Weird?)

~how would it feel to allow the body to self regulated despite circumstances? What’s your experience?

BodyBeautyBliss ~ presence inside the skin

Practice: From this moment on (and till the rest of your days in this body) ~ just simply CHOOSE to keep bringing (over and over again) a dose of your awareness inside your skin anchoring yourself there for as long as it’s interesting.

It’s more important to do it often than to do it for long. Longer can open deeper layers of your experience ~ but first intentionally create a new pattern of hanging out with your awareness in this inner reality more frequently. Try to accommodate redirecting your awareness among daily routine. If you think it will support you ~ set a gentle reminder, if not in your phone, it can be for example: each time you feel the wind or each time you look at your phone or whatever you know you do often. You can link your practice there.

Make it as simple as noticing the breath. Imagine your breath is your guide in those inner landscapes ~ it shows you where the body is open or contracted, where you feel glimpses of pleasure or pinches of pain, when the heart is pounding with fear or excitement or where some numbness invites you to stretch. Practice noticing your felt sense during your daily tasks ~ while watching reality around you or thinking about something. Noticing your body reactions gives you direct access to what is REALLY happening in YOU.

Agni Way - The Way of Fire

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga & Holistic Massage

My name is Agni. I am a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher. I practice for over 11 years, although my yogic path was winding and filled with obstacles. For a long time, I hesitated to call it a life practice, until something finally clicked and changed my life, opening me to deep body work. I have completed a year-long course of contact improvisation in Berlin and many workshops with world-renowned teachers who opened my eyes to other systems of deep body work (Body Mind Centering, Axis Syllabus, Feldenkrais). Through those experiences, I understood how fundamental physical touch is. This inspired me to create a unique signature ‘Agni Touch’ massage treatments. Through a conscious, warm touch, I talk to the body that trusts me and opens to the strength far greater than myself. I use ta***ic, ayurvedic, soft bioenergetic and thai massage techniques, combining them into an intuitive wholeness. I’m constantly looking for a smooth flow, softness and pleasure resulting from inner strength. My motto is "To be soft and strong, and just let it flow".

Jestem certyfikowaną nauczycielką Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, praktykującą od ponad 11 lat, choć moja jogowa ścieżka przez długi czas była kręta i z przeszkodami. Długo wzbraniałam się, by nazwać ją życiową praktyką, do momentu, gdy coś w końcu kliknęło i odmieniło moje życie, otwierając mnie na głęboką pracę z ciałem. Ukończyłam roczny kurs kontakt improwizacji w Berlinie i liczne warsztaty u światowej sławy nauczycieli, które otworzyły mi oczy na inne systemy głębokiej pracy z ciałem (Body Mind Centering, Axis Syllabus, Feldenkrais). Zrozumiałam, jak fundamentalnie ważny jest dotyk. W autorskich masażach Agni Touch korzystam z technik masażu tantrycznego, ajurwedyjskiego, łagodnej bioenergetyki i tajskiego, łącząc je w intuicyjna całość. Przez świadomy, ciepły dotyk, rozmawiam z ciałem, które ufa mi i otwiera się na siłę znaczenie większą ode mnie. Nieustannie poszukuję płynnego przepływu, miękkości i przyjemności wynikającej z wewnętrznej siły. Moje motto: „To be soft and strong, and just let it flow”.
