🇵🇹 - A Gripe é uma infecção aguda viral que se propaga muito facilmente e que pode causar complicações graves especialmente para idosos, crianças, grávidas e pessoas com doenças crónicas como a diabetes, doenças cardíacas e respiratórias.
Na Europa as epidemias anuais de Gripe ocorrem durante o Outono/Inverno e podem infectar até 20% da população sendo uma causa muito relevante de mortalidade.
As vacinas são seguras e eficazes. Vacinar-se anualmente é a melhor forma de prevenir e reduzir o risco de complicações da gripe sendo aconselhável uma cobertura quase total da população, antes do Inverno, para construir a imunidade de grupo.
A Vacina da Gripe na Luzdoc estará, como habitualmente, disponível no início de Outubro. Para todos os que desejem fazer a sua pré-inscrição, basta contactar-nos pelos meios habituais.
Vacine-se, protegendo a sua Saúde e a dos que o rodeiam.
🇬🇧 - Influenza (Flu) is an acute viral infection that spreads very easily and can cause serious complications, especially for the elderly, children, pregnant women and people with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart and respiratory diseases.
In Europe, annual influenza epidemics occur during autumn/winter and can infect up to 20% of the population, being a very relevant cause of mortality.
Vaccines are safe and effective. Getting vaccinated annually is the best way to prevent and reduce the risk of complications from the flu, and almost total coverage of the population is advisable before winter to build up herd immunity.
The Flu Vaccine at Luzdoc will, as usual, be available at the beginning of October. For everyone who wishes to pre-register, simply contact us through the usual means.
