All jokes, folks…

But honestly, teaching is such a funny experience sometimes. You explain a pose, you demonstrate it, you give all the cues… and somehow, everyone still finds their own unique version of it 😂

And I kind of love that, because it shows curiosity, and that willingness to just try, even if it’s not “perfect.”

I really do love all my students. And I think some people come into my classes (specially men) expecting something very soft and gentle… and while that side of me is definitely there, I also like to keep things real. I joke, I laugh, and I’ll guide you when needed, but always with the intention of helping you feel more confident and connected in your body.

At the end of the day, it’s not about getting everything right. It’s about showing up, being open, and enjoying the process… even when it looks a little chaotic along the way 🤭

Yoga has taught me…
to stand firm in what I believe,
to trust my voice even when it feels uncomfortable,
to honor my integrity without needing to explain it.

There was a time when being direct felt like being too much,
when I softened my edges so I wouldn’t take up too much space,
when I questioned if I was allowed to hold my ground.

Now I understand it differently.

On the outside, I may come across as direct,
clear in the way I speak, grounded in the way I move,
but there is a softness within me too,
one that listens, that feels, that holds space.

To be both is to be true.
To set boundaries is to be free,
and staying true to yourself is the key.

I’m a bit of everyone I’ve learned from
and somehow… still becoming more of myself

for anyone who feels like they’re not “there” yet
maybe you’re exactly where you’re meant to be

Yeah yeah 🙃

This was literally my students two days ago.
Even as a teacher, when I step into a new class, I can feel humbled by all the amazing poses I can’t even attempt 😅

But what I always tell my students is that the most important thing is simply trying. Showing up, being curious, and giving it a go. That’s where the real progress happens.

It’s not the pose… it’s how you’re doing it.

We often think we need to go deeper, be stronger, or try harder…
but sometimes, what we really need is to pay attention.

The way you place your hands.
The way you distribute your weight.
The way you hold your center.

In Tadasana, Side Angle, Chaturanga, Chair…
the difference isn’t always visible from the outside,
but your body feels it immediately.

When alignment is off, everything feels heavier, more forced.
When you adjust, even slightly… there’s space, there’s support, there’s ease.

This is the part of the practice that changes everything.
Not doing more, but doing it with awareness.

Refine the details, and your whole practice shifts ✨

‘lengthen your neck’
this is what I mean:

It’s not about forcing or stiffening.
It’s about creating space.

The moment you let your head drop, everything starts to feel heavier.
Your shoulders collapse, your breath shortens, and the movement becomes harder than it needs to be.

Keeping the neck long changes everything:
✶ more lightness
✶ more control
✶ more ease in your body

Less tension, more awareness 💛

At least we’re trying over here 💛

When the world feels overwhelming, we come back to what grounds us, to the things that bring us into the present moment, letting go of what we can’t control.
The world may feel like it’s on fire, but we can’t live in fear all the time.

A little humor and a few conscious breaths help keep us sane, bringing us back to what we know.
That’s why I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I’m human too, and I feel things deeply, just like you.
I’m so grateful you keep coming back to this space and to my practices.

Sharing love matters more than ever right now.
Love always wins 🤍
