For the last 2 months we have been trialling a new weekly class focussed on techniques to Progress Arm Balances (Yoga), it’s been amazing to see dramatic changes in just 6-7 weeks.
Previously we taught this as a workshop every 3-4months but what we have noticed that it’s gradually repetition and daily practice that really makes the difference.
