Brothers, sisters, and everyone walking this path with me 🤍

I want to share something that comes from a very deep place.
On the 1st, at 17h (Lisbon time), something new will be born. A new phase. A new structure.
More grounded, more professional, and more centered to truly support and sustain the work I have been walking for many years.

I don’t want to reveal too much.
I want to honor the process and trust it.

Today, winter begins.

At this time of year, expectations rise quietly.
Mine.
Other people’s.
The belief that a new year will suddenly carry us somewhere else.

I’ve seen how easily that current breaks.

When hope moves without direction,
when we resist what is already here,
the flow tightens.
And frustration deepens.

Winter speaks differently.
Like a river, it doesn’t rush.
It asks us to listen,
to feel where we are standing,
and to move with what is real.

Change needs anchors.
Directed action, supported by real tools,
doesn’t stop the water from moving,
but keeps us connected to the banks
when the current grows strong.

Nothing we’ve lived through is lost.
Every bend, every stone, every slowing down
becomes part of the river itself.
Experience turns into wisdom
when we stop fighting the flow.

This winter invites less expectation
and more commitment.
Less forcing,
more presence.

From this place, at the end of January,
a 9-week mentorship is being shaped.
Not as a promise of healing,
but as a grounded path of action,
structure, and true accompaniment.

Your nervous system is not broken.
It’s protecting you the only way it knows.

But now… it’s time to teach it a new way.

This is men’s work:
To rise.
To return.
To protect without shutting down.
To love without disappearing.
To feel without drowning.

A regulated man becomes a lighthouse.

I broke.
And in that breaking, I found salvation.

Not in success.
Not in keeping it all together.
But in people — and in my own heart.

Entering my forties was not what I imagined.
I doubted myself.
I doubted who I am, what I bring, and even the way I bring it.
The ground beneath me felt shaky, and the shadows of sadness, fear, and insecurity rose higher than ever before.

In the past, I would have buried those feelings.
Pushed them down. Pretended to be strong.
But this time… I let them live.
I gave them space.
And in that permission, I was tested like never before.

I facilitated a retreat while feeling shattered inside.
I showed up for an online mentorship while asking for support — still leading, still holding space, even when I needed to be held myself.
And then, at two festivals, something shifted.

I was embraced.
I was recognized.
I was reminded of who I am — not by my own force, but through the reflection of community.

That’s when I realized:
Healing doesn’t happen alone.
Strength is not in carrying everything yourself.
Strength is in asking for help.
Strength is in being seen as you are — broken and whole at the same time.

Community heals.
Brotherhood heals.
Sisterhood heals.
Love heals.

Through this, I found myself again.
Not the version polished and untouchable.
But the version that feels deeply, that doubts, that cries, that asks, and that still chooses to stand.

Today I give thanks — to the people who held me, to the ones who saw me, to the ones who reminded me.
I give thanks to life, to the raw humanity of our connections, to the closeness that saves us again and again.

Because the truth is this:
We are not meant to walk alone.

There is a cry without borders.
A weeping that crosses seas and deserts,
that speaks no single tongue, but all at once.

But perhaps war does not truly live in places.
War lives less on maps and more on the frontier
between one human and another,
in the space where we cease to recognize each other.

The silence that follows a lost life
is the same in every corner of the Earth.
And it is in that silence that we meet again.
We are made of the same dust,
we breathe the same air,
the blood that runs through us is the same color.

When one heart stops,
the whole world grows poorer.
When a child loses their laughter,
the universe loses a piece of light.

It is not necessary to know who began,
nor who is right,
to feel that we have already gone too far
in the art of destroying ourselves.

What remains is to remember
that our home is round,
with no walls and no corners.
And if we do not care for one another,
there will be no one left to tell the story.

I’ve just arrived home from a deep family immersion —
where work, time in community, and presence walked hand in hand.

It all happened at the .
And when I say it’s unique… I truly mean one of a kind.
It’s not just a festival — it’s a return.
To the roots.
To the tribe.
To the village that lives within us.

We arrived as a family…
and soon enough, our family had grown.
My daughter had more than one father and more than one mother —
and I honestly couldn’t tell you how many new little friends she made.
So many hearts holding her.
So many eyes watching over her with care.
The kind of care that comes with presence, love, and a sense of belonging.

I facilitated two men’s circles —
for fathers and non-fathers alike.
It was powerful to see so many men showing up,
willing to look within,
to feel,
to grow.

I also guided breathwork sessions —
open to everyone: mothers, fathers, and even children.
One of the most touching moments was when a mother breathed alongside her daughter.
She cried, released, softened…
and soon after, her daughter fell into a deep sleep.
Right there, next to her.
As if her little body felt that all was safe again.

It’s hard to describe the beauty of those moments.
Presence.
Stillness.
Truth.

And all of this in a place with barely any internet —
which, in itself, was a gift.
To simply be.
Fully.
Together.

I didn’t take photos.
And maybe that says everything.

This gathering is medicine.
May it keep blooming.

We need this.
