Brothers, sisters, and everyone walking this path with me 🤍
I want to share something that comes from a very deep place.
On the 1st, at 17h (Lisbon time), something new will be born. A new phase. A new structure.
More grounded, more professional, and more centered to truly support and sustain the work I have been walking for many years.

Today, winter begins.
At this time of year, expectations rise quietly.
Mine.
Other people’s.
The belief that a new year will suddenly carry us somewhere else.
I’ve seen how easily that current breaks.
When hope moves without direction,
when we resist what is already here,
the flow tightens.
And frustration deepens.
Winter speaks differently.
Like a river, it doesn’t rush.
It asks us to listen,
to feel where we are standing,
and to move with what is real.
Change needs anchors.
Directed action, supported by real tools,
doesn’t stop the water from moving,
but keeps us connected to the banks
when the current grows strong.
Nothing we’ve lived through is lost.
Every bend, every stone, every slowing down
becomes part of the river itself.
Experience turns into wisdom
when we stop fighting the flow.
This winter invites less expectation
and more commitment.
Less forcing,
more presence.
From this place, at the end of January,
a 9-week mentorship is being shaped.
Not as a promise of healing,
but as a grounded path of action,
structure, and true accompaniment.

I am Miguel, driven by curiosity, I developed this ability to heal with my own cure.
Nature lover, I discovered that everything works as a system and everything influences everything in our life.
My approach is holistic, combining the ancestral and spiritual principles of Ayurveda, with an accurate view of osteopathy, the smoothness of cranial sacral therapy and the combination of Breathwork and movement in order to release physical and psychological trauma.
My Therapy is a journey for the senses, for the deepest parts of your being, aligning physical / emotional issues and the different energy channels present from the inside out.
It is an opening for the most intimate contact of your being, without barriers, without blockages, it will be the path to the pure expression of truth, to feel yourself present.
