Employees, guests and the chilled and relaxed atmosphere of the house suggests a fraternal union more like a happy family… everyone has a smile and brings the best in them. We want you to feel healthy in your body and soul but also cared and loved….and that’s why you will come back because you will feel like you have a second home and family.

We differentiate ourselves from others because we love to host and we are very good at everything that we offer you. Free Spirit House is born out of love and passion for the offered activities. Rita, the House host and owner, has traveled/lived and worked around the world, for more than 15 years while teaching yoga in very renowned places and she is one of the Yoga Teachers at Free Spirit House. She also surfs, kite surf, snow boards and loves to hike, to commute in bicycles, skate boards and enjoys toys like drones, darts, yoyos…so all those are available for you at the house.

Free Spirit House has a swimming pool and a beautiful garden, a bar and a chilled area where people have meals. You can use the house fully equipped kitchen to store and cook your meals or just order the previous day from our Healthy food suppliers (please ask for the menus at reception).

Free Spirit House has capacity for 26 people. On the ground floor there is 1 premium shared Room for 6 people and 1 private Room for 2 people in bunk bed and shared toilette. On the first floor there is 1 private Room for 2 people with private toilette and balcony and single beds, 1 premium shared Room for 8 people female and 1 premium shared Room for 8 people male.

Each bed has a blackout curtain for increased privacy, a plug for your mobile phone, a box to place it and a light to read.

Each guest has a closed place to store their belongings and we YESSSS we have surf boards and kites storage room.

We propose you to have one session of yoga and surf per day and you can buy those in packages to be more affordable but can also buy day by day and request private lessons….you decide… you do what you want. But we do need to know ahead of your arrival for our organisation.

You will have a code to enter so no worries with the time you arrive but be mindful not to make noise when you enter.

You will fly into Lisbon International AIRPORT. You can then take a Taxi, Uber or Train to Cascais and Uber from Cascais train station till our House (cheapest solution).

Check IN: after 3 PM. Possibility of storage before. Last check in is at 9 pm and after that there is 20 eur of penalty

Check OUT: 11 AM. Possibility of storage after

The house has a premium location!!!!! It is REALLY in Cascais!!!! But besides being very close to the city centre we still offer you the possibility of a shuttle that takes you to the centre once a day and transport to the beach if you do a surf or kite surf lesson.

If you want to be independent the key references are the following:

-Distance to the train station: located at 2,6 km: 8 min by car/ 30 min walking/ 16 min by bus./ 16 min bicycle.

-Distance to Guincho beach – located at 4,7 km: 9 min by car, 30 min bicycle.

-There are 2 buses at 5 min from the house, number 409 and 417 that take 10 min to the centre.

-If you want to rent a car there is plenty of parking space outside and you should rent at the airport with Europcar that has the lowest rates on average 10 Eur/day.
